Air Barrier Systems are used to make the building perform better. The primary purpose of an air barrier system is to stop the air from leaking into and out of the building enclosure. The Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, Inc. (ABC) is a construction trade association representing the commercial and industrial markets with 300+ member companies and more than 2,500 individual participants throughout the state of Georgia.

Metro Waterproofing has extensive experience waterproofing under vegetative garden plazas. Since we opened our doors in 1972, we have installed all the components of the "Garden Plaza" structural deck including soil retention cups that cut down on rain water runoff and eliminates irrigation, final landscaping including all types of sedum plants, and precast curbs and pacers as specified.

Would never use this business. Driver of company truck on I24 between Chattanooga and Nashville Truck 2020 on 4/2/21 at 2 pm. Driving at excessive speed and cutting off multiple vehicles. Reckless with company property and employees and others on road. Had passengers. Tried to call company. No answer.

This company was responsible for balcony repairs at our condominium complex and their sloppy work has resulted in numerous leaks in various parts of the building and they left multiple balconies unfinished and exposed. When confronted about poor quality of the work (and the need for follow up repairs due to errors and incomplete work), the have become unresponsive and impossible to contact. Would highly recommend taking your business anywhere but here as they have been nothing but a headache since the beginning.

This company was contracted to repair the balconies on our building. The quality of their work was poor across multiple balconies with boot prints, paint left on balconies, and chipping paint on railings. Additionally, it was discovered that water has leaked behind some of the balconies into various units. So much for waterproofing...

Our condo building needed the balconies redone due to the flashing being omitted from the original contractor who built the building. The HOA hired Metro. Metro uses workers who actually do not work. The "workers" showed up late in the day and were often seen staring down at their cell phones while on the job site. The craftsman ship is very sloppy as if the workers are not actually skilled artisans. The owner did not listen to our conserns nor did he try to fix problems we saw in the work. They overcharged us for the level of service and craftsmanship they provided. My balcony is uneven, the cement
