I had water coming in for the longest time in our new home. The home inspector did not notice the water when we purchased the home and we were stock with the problem. We called many companies but after 4 estimates we decided to go with CGS. They had the best price way lower than the other estimates, which made us doubt their quality. We got our waterproofing done 4 months ago and no water since. We recommended them to 2 other friends and they loved it. Not always low prices mean low quality, at least not with them! Do your self a favor and get an estimate from these guys if you have water intrusion

Tyler was exceptional to work with. Very prompt & reliable. I had a catastrophic issue with water coming into my home after big storms. I called CGS and they had Tyler come out…after he did an inspection, we discovered the water was coming through the foundation. They installed a French drain on the outside of my home and that has really fixed all the water issues coming in from the foundation. Definitely recommend.

Called them to give me a quote on repairing some of my siding and windows someone came out and looked and he told me he give me a quote in 24 hours and that was almost a month ago and I never heard back. No quote, No were working on it, Nothing.
I understand it was getting close to the holidays but you could have at least responded to my text or phone calls to keep me updated. Will be using another service.
Only gave them two stars because the guy that did come out to give me the quote was on time and pleasant.

Joaquin and his team were great at taking care of our basement. We had tried multiple solutions but couldn’t stop the water from coming in. They came and gave us an estimate within a day of our call for around $3,500 (less than what I had spent doing everything else I did) Install went smooth, haven’t had water since! I will super recommend.

Ok so Joaquin was a recommendation from one of my friends. He had had a similar problem as a client of mine who was suffering from drainage/waterproofing issues.
