From initial contact to completion of the project, Sundry Waterproofing were a pleasure to deal with. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and solved my water issue. The representative was polite, and did not make me feel pressured. The crew was on time, clean, and walked me through the process top to bottom. The lifetime warranty makes me very confident too!

Curt, Mario, Jonathan and team were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They explained what was going on with our house with the water flow and gave simple and clear directions on how to correct the drainage issues in the backyard. (which we followed and no more water pooling!) The work they did in the crawlspace was done just as it was explained it would be and our space is tight so I know it wasn't easy to move around down there. They left it so neat and the best part- the musty smell is already gone! We had a big rainfall the day after the work was completed and everything was dry! Thank

Should be allowed 0 stars! This company is the absolute worst!! Another unhappy customer. Had Sundry come out to give an estimate on repairing our porch foundation. Porch slab was sinking, they said we needed piers to raise and stabilize foundation. This was about 18 months ago. Am getting brick work repaired afterwards, due to Covid, funds, and mason found front porch and retaining wall was cracked, and dropped out from under porch slab. Found out we didn't need Sundry to put in piers, the porch needed to be rebuilt totally. Either Sundry didn't see it (no way you could miss that) or their work

SunDry did not fix the problem and they refuse to honor their warranty. I hired them to re-route water from my back yard so that it does not run directly toward the neighbor's house and foundation. Several thousand dollars later, the water still runs right where it did before. Complete waste of money. They came out and did another estimate today, which was a surprise to me because I thought we were talking about work covered under their warranty. Now they want several more thousands to fix the same problem I hired them to fix the first time. Also, when they did the work a few months ago, they left

I've worked in renovations and design for over 10 year and I haven't ever been so disappointed in a project. My house needed waterproofing and structural support in my basement. The contractors disturbed my HVAC system (which stopped working for 5 days), my electrical outlets were arching (smoking) during demo, and my ductwork was disturbed and not replaced quickly. The waterproofing wasn't tied into the sump pump correctly. The drainage system on the exterior of the house doesn't catch the water properly and I now have crystals forming on top of the basement French drain (which is a sign of standing
