After coming out of a 9.5wk coma, and subsequent care. Specialists at DHMC found a blister behind my eye. They referred me to Dr. K. He cares for professional athletes nationwide too. Since, my eye has improved, I'm ever grateful. The new glaucoma test was amazing, no dilation drops. New glasses so clear and light, I fell asleep with them, and no damage. They have my utmost trust.

I went there recently to get a new pair of glasses and exam. I walked in and the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Claffy was so good with my newborn son and would help with him while I was taking the tests. I felt very safe and comfortable there and she was very on top of making sure I knew what she was explaining to me. I would recommend 10/10.

Delayed setting up appointment to insure coverage, then several months after appointment find out they do no accept insurance and since it is out of network. Pay us and we will help fill out form. The overall experience is one of the worst eye care center I have been too. the glasses were expensive and the quality is in question in my opinion. I would never recommend them.

The Doctor (Scott) and his Optical Tech ( Lisa ) are by all accounts the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This team at Infocus actually made the visit enjoyable and educational . They show an honest interest in your concerns and do it in a truly professional manner. This carries over to the front desk and some very caring and talented secretaries. This total team would be a tough act to follow!!
The optical shop and Mike were a pleasure to deal with . Mike took control of my lense problem and got it corrected , this solved a very trying problem I was encountering with

Infocus Eyecare staff were wonderful. Scheduling was a breeze. Everyone who greeted us and worked with my son prior to the doctor was fun and engaging. Dr. K was wonderful with my son and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing us at all. Don from American Eyecare was so knowledgeable and helpful guiding us through our first pair of glasses! Highly recommended for anyone else.

I was very impressed with the spacious new facility In Focus now has. My exam was very thorough, as usual. I was treated with courtesy and respect and mad to feel very comfortable. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and satisfactorily I would readily recommend In Focus Eyecare to my family and friends.
