I had my eye exam yesterday. I was told by the technician at my arrival that my eyeglasses did not match what was in my chart. That the prescription was too strong for me. The eye doctor confirmed that and said that the lab made a mistake and she was going to ensure that I got the correct prescription this time. This is the second time I have gotten incorrect glasses. The first time I wore them for a year and they had been overheated by the lab and I wasn't seeing correctly. After my appointment I met with the technician to get a new prescription. She said the prescription would be $531. I asked

Such an amazing group of people. So nice, caring, and friendly. They really do have the best interests for your eye care and they are amazing at helping you pick out glasses and the best ones for your lifestyle. Nor.ally I dont like appointments but I was really happy about this appointment. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know to go here.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The staff is condescending and dismissive, they just don't care. Made my appointment two months early, was told they take my insurance. The night before I get a call saying they don't. During the appointment (it was for my 4yo) they got his eye drops in, told us it would take about 40minutes to dilate and to wait in the waiting area. He was dilated within 20 minute but I still had to wait an hour and a half with a 4yo and 2yo while the reception staff gave me dirty looks. Never again.

BEWARE!!! Everyone that works here is completely incompetent. I am baffled that the doctors here are able to practice medicine. I have filed a complaint with the State Board of NH due to their failure to deliver. I visited their office for the first time, and they gave me the wrong prescription. As I was driving away from their office, I called the explain that I could not see with the new prescription they gave me (they gave me a different prescription when mine hadn't changed for years) I was told I was wrong and they did nothing to resolve my inability to see. These people do not care about

Made our (mine and my 7yo son) appointments 8 months ago for the same day back-to-back. I work so I made sure to get appointments later in the day. They called a couple weeks ago to reschedule because the doctor wouldn't be in that day. Best they could do before school starts was 2:30... Ok, whatever. It is what it is. Our appointments are next week. I get a call today saying that another parent needs to come to be with my son because he's under 10yo and our appointments are back-to-back. Really? You've known how old he is for MONTHS! You are the ones who rescheduled! Forget it.... I'll go somewhere

Everyone at Rochester Eyecare is so awesome. The front desk staff is very friendly. Dr. Presley is so kind, nice and very helpful. But I have to give special kudos to Kelly. She is amazing. She has such a wonderful friendly personality. I just started wearing contacts and she was extremely patient with me and I was just beyond excited once I finally got them in. I would highly recommend this wonderful staff. They truly do care about their patients and it shows. Huge thank you to everyone especially to Kelly and Dr Presley. :)

I have been a patient of Dr Clark for many years. I think they are awesome!! Very thorough with the exams. Also Desire, helped me pick out new frames for my new prescription and she was awesome!! She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I do have one comment I have to make though. The one lady that initially set me up for Dr Clark was not very personable like the rest of the staff. She was all business and when she asked questions she sounded “rehearsed”.
