I am very impressed with the care I received here. I have never really had any problems in the past so I was not an established patient with an Optometrist. I was experiencing some pain in one of my eyes and became concerned, so I called and they got me in immediately. Dr. Jordan and Erica were exceptional. What a great team of people!

I absolutely love this place. They're always great with my kid's and make us feel as comfortable as possible while we are there. They are very precautious with COVID and have sanitizing options thru out the store including masks and gloves. Our appt was fast, in and out (My daughter wanted the same frames she had so there was no reason to try any new ones on) and the woman helping us was very kind and made sure we knew we could take all the time we needed to try on glasses. I reccomend Jordan's Family Eye care for them being all about their customers and their satisfaction.

Had a appointment @ 10:00 am. Got there by 0:950. Tech took me in shortly for preliminary test, nice lady.told me to wait because the doc was running behind.
After a hour and a half was taken to a examination room where I sat for about 15 min... There was no interaction
about the delay.honestly I will probably will not go there again .Been going there for yrs ,worst experience
