My wife and I went with Elevated Reality for our first time home purchase, based on a referral from our former neighbors. The process was excellent! We knew nothing of the home buying process when we began but Steven set up a meeting with us and explained everything we needed to know, discussed the current market landscape, and always provided straight answers to all of our questions.

We will never, not recommend the team here at Elevated Realty. Steven and Becki gave us their tips and advice on what to do to get our home ready to sell and it definitely worked out in our favor. Not only did we have over 30 showings and multiple offers but we sold it over asking price. Once we closed on our house, the team got to work trying to find us our next, and hopefully forever home. They knew we felt a little rushed and less than great about the purchase of our previous home years before and made sure that we felt comfortable through the whole process. I sold my place in Flagstaff in three days with multiple over-listing price offers! Steven and Becki were fabulous. They made me feel like I was a priority to them. They were both available immediately any time I reached out. They coordinated everything, even communications and planning with the renters I had. I really appreciated how they made suggestions on how to sell with minimum impact to my rental income (it sold with renters in it, and with a closing date days after the lease ended). When there were issues with the buyer's loan, they were in constant contact advising me on how to proceed
