Dr. Ramos-Rivera has been practicing for 15 years in the Central Pennsylvania Region. Since Dr. Ramos-Rivera has become the new owner, Gettysburg Pike Animal Clinic has been able to expand its list of veterinary services to acupuncture, laser therapy and VSMT. Totally awesome experience. Dr. Ramos Rivera is very knowledgeable and spent like 45 minutes with me for just a routine visit! She even clipped her back nails for no cost. Very compassionate and the best vet I’ve been to. You can tell animals are her passion. Very reasonably priced too for the visit and vaccines.

As a disabled veteran, not all places are wheelchair friendly. This place not only is, but the staff goes above and beyond to assist me, and well as the dog. Dr. Ramos-Rivera is.hands down the BEST veterinarian I have ever dealt with. She is kind, courteous, and caring, and not is knowledgeable about her patients but TRULY has a connection to them. If you are looking for an AMAZING team to handle your pets, look no further. She, Gabi, as we as myself both love this place in spades.

We have 2 baby bunnies..Mylo and Otis. When we first adopted them, we thought both were girls. Well..come our surprise.. Mylo was a boy and Otis was a girl. We immediately separated them until both could be fixed. I recommend ANYONE who has a bunny that needs spayed or neutered to schedule your appointment with Gettysburg Animal Hospital. It cost $300 for both bunnies. NO ONE IN THE DAUPHIN , CUMBERLAND OR ADAMS COUNTIES will spay or neuter a bunny for less than $300, because no vet wants to do it. They took amazing care of our bunnies. They gave us medicine and instructions on how to give it.

I have 2 doxies..One with major allergies/skin issues...I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need one..She fights along side us to figure out whats going on w/our Dog Archie and his allergies...She always takes the time to figure out his next course of treatment to get him back to his happy chipper self...Its been a long process but she's with us every step of the way! Her staff is the best..kind and caring...Thank you for all you do for Bristol and Archie!

This is an awesome office, the receptionist are awesome and loving and caring and wow what can i say about dr Ramos she is amazing. i would recommend anybody and everybody to her she is awesome she's caring and… loving with your pets and when you loose one like we just did she is so understanding and loving . Recently we had to say goodbye to our beloved pug. Dr. Ramos showed patience, compassion and empathy for us making the tough decision to say goodby to our beloved friend. She went well above and beyond to make sure the it was painless for our little buddy. Thank you Dr. Ramos. We were extremely concerned about the injection and stress in his final… moments. Our pug never could handle someone touching his front paws or front legs. She did an excellent job making it painless and stress free for him. I can't recommend her enough. She truly has a big heart. Thank you.

I want to thank the staff of Gettysburg Pike Animal Clinic. My cats lungs collapsed and he had to cross the Rainbow Bridge and Dr Ramos patience, expertise, professionalism and compassion were beyond words. It was a very hard thing to do as Salem was a huge part of my life for 16 1/2 yrs and she did everything possible to make his transition as… peaceful as possible. and to assure our comfort as well. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for them and will continue to use their services for our baby girl Abbie. Thank you again and we love you all. Dr Ramos you are an angel and
