This includes our complete in-house bloodwork and urinalysis machines, low-radiation X-ray machine, digital ultrasound, EKG monitoring, pulse oximetry, and portable blood pressure monitor.

Dr. Crescenzi is the veterinarian on staff and looks forward to working with each and every client and pet at Derry Animal Hospital. Kristen is the smiling face and cheery voice of Derry Animal Hospital. With many years of experience in the veterinary field and in client service, Kristen works hard every day to help the hospital run smoothly and help coordinate care for many patients!
We will work closely with the pet owner to develop a wellness and preventive care plan for each pet best suited for their lifestyle and needs. We check the email every business day and will respond to emails within 24 hours except over holidays or weekends. We encourage clients to send emails for non-urgent matters like medication or preventive refills, questions, or other! We now have 2-way texting capabilities for numbers registered in our system!

If it is during normal hours, please call the office at 717.564.4470 and we can help decide what is the best course of action for your pet. 24 hours/day, 365 days/year - If you think your pet may have ingested a potentially poisonous substance, call immediately.
Wellness and preventive care tailored to each pet's lifestyle is critical to ensuring the best quality of life for the longest time. Wellness plans include appropriate and strategic vaccinations, routine testing appropriate to geographical location and phase of life, and preventative medications for fleas, ticks, heartworm, and GI/intestinal parasites.

This veterinarian took extremely good care of my puppy! They are intelligent, professional & have an excellent bed side manner. They also understand that middle class people are squeezing the budget to have pets! They know it’s extra & they are reasonable & fair with fees & costs! Fantastic experience. Took great care of my German shepherd with excellent customer service and more than an ample amount of time spent to explain. Got her in the same day I called and was definitely more than affordable for the visit and meds required. Blown away by the great customer service from start to finish. Will be returning with both of my dogs as Dr. Crescenzi really cares for your pets health!

I took my little Jack Russell Terrier to this Animal Hospital, for the first time today, 11/25/2019, and the experience was extra ordinarily pleasant! Where my dog was extremely stressed, at the clinic we patronized previously, she was nervous but relaxed at Derry Animal Hospital.
