Highly recommend them for their professional, courteous and prompt service. Discovered my well was not pumping when I got home from work and called the main number at 6:15 pm (after hours for them). By 6:45 I had a call back and before 8 they were at my house getting the pump running again! Extremely happy and grateful for the service.

Glastonbury Water Systems replaced my submersible well pump yesterday with EXTREMELY QUICK response. First, Highest KUDO'S to them for adjusting their already scheduled work and coming to our " no water" rescue! Clayton (owner) and Ricky (#1) came out to assess the situation at 9am and returned with the new pump in the afternoon and went straight to work pulling the old pump out 300' down in the well. Let's just say the old pump came out with some substantial difficulty, yet these guy NEVER gave up. Second, they know what they're doing, are VER goOd at it, work continuously, don't charge excessive

I moved into my home from Florida in the the dead of winter. I was used to having a water softener. Within a week of using the water my new house my skin was so dry I knew I needed a water softener. I contacted Glastonbury Water Systems. They came out to my house within two days. I was very impressed. Clayton showed me the right system from my house and tested my water right on the spot. He explained everything to me in. So I made my appointment for the system to be installed. I also purchased a Reverse Osmosis System for my kitchen. I spoke to Vicky on the phone quite a few times

They did a great job from the first time I called them making me feel comfortable. I had already received quotes from other companies on a water softener and they were the last I called. They understood my need to shop around, scheduled my appointment and gave me their recommendation. I ended up going with them and I'm glad I did. They have done everything they said they would.
