I used CT Basement to install radon mitigation system. Kevin who gave me the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable . Jason who installed the system did a great job, even better than i expected as he gave me a different option to install with wich i was much more comfortable . He explained all the details after the job was done and he left everything clean . Overall a had a great experience and will recommend the company to others.

When I first reached out to Connecticut Basement the arranged to send a tech out to analyze the situation and told me if they could not give it that there was a back up on install off over a month. In the mean time I reached out to SWAT who without looking told me an outrageous price but said they could fix it in a week. After the CT tech came and explained all the different options I had and came up with two reasonable quotes for each system I decided it was worth the one month wait.
When the staff came they were virtuous and professional. Asked if it was ok if they arrived earlier then scheduled

CBSR recently upgraded my water filtering system to address major issues with minerals in the water. This was a recommendation following their yearly service. I already had quite the system installed (the house uses well water), but it wasn't adequate to take care of the issue. Although the timing was not ideal (big expense - right before Christmas), and there were delays in shipping (not CBSR's fault), I agreed it was the way to go (they did not pressure me for an upgrade). The job was done professionally by Mike and his colleague Ed Jr. Mike took the time to explain all of the new components

I cannot say enough for the service and knowledge of the CBSR team. Our system issues ended up being very complicated, with a ceiling too low for the original water tanks, then persisting issues after the tanks were installed, to putting in a new pump and line, to finally one of their staff members having to come back the very next day when the fill line alarm went off. In all, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient in helping us to solve our issues. They truly went above and beyond.

I had a radon mitigation system installed in my 76 year old house. Under the cement floor was dense packed clay - old school construction. As an engineer familiar resistant soils I was convinced it would be near impossible to vacate the radon gas under these conditions. The folks at Ct Basement Systems Radon worked out a plan. CT Basement systems came in to mitigate the radon in my well water. The process was painless and the quote i got was far better than anyone else in the area (by thousands of dollars. And I got a whole-house “Brita” filter tacked on). They swooped in, did it while I wasn’t even home, and before I knew it the problem was solved. I have the newest, bougiest system installed so they did not skimp on the equipment. I highly recommend their services!

Nick went today and was amaze by the job he did. I called the guys to install my big blue sediment filter and my viqua uv filter. Piping looks clean, solid and has a night and day difference between old and new. Pricing is very competitive that I found a new company to take care of my plumbing needs! Thanks guys!
