The Town of Farmington working with Wright Pierce Engineers (One of the countries top 100 engineering firms) on the design upgrade to their Wastewater treatment plant. General Contractor overseeing all phases of the upgrade was by Apex construction of Rochester, NH. Mechanical Solutions provided treatment systems including the Custom Conveyor Corp shaftless screws.
Controlled Air when faced with a tight mechanical room immediately recogized the value of the Armstrong Dual Arm pump with Integrated Sensorless VFD Drives. Pictured above is the 4382 IVS 8x8x8 Dual Arm Pump. It requires only two connections as the pump utilizes a common suction and discharge port for the two pumps.
North Shore WWTP Large 40 year old Patterson 24x20 Pumps being inspected for replacement with new high efficient Patterson Non Clog Pumps. Pump is rated for 8000 GPM at 65ft of head, 200HP - 705 RPM. Deer Island WWTP - Patterson Horizontal Split Case Pump rated for 2500 GPM at 538 ft of head, 600HP being started up and tested by Steve Paglia of Mechanical & Pump Services Inc.on left and Ralph McDonough of Mechanical Solutions Inc on the right.
