Neda and her team were excellent. Neda is a sophisticated and incredibly helpful agent for navigating the competitive real estate market north of San Diego. For me, finding a good real estate agent was like finding an honest man in congress - VERY difficult. We had a contentious buyer and Neda handled it with grace and class, but didn't give an inch. She also handled a lien on the property and sold it with existing tenants with two months remaining on the lease. My property had some unusual challenges but Neda sold it fast, and got a very favorable price. Five stars for Neda and her team!

Haleh and Neda are world class. They were very hands on, incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were exploring, and forthright about their opinions on what would be best for us (whether we wanted to hear it or not).
Once at offer and escrow stages, they managed the process end to end and communicated throughout. We were moving from out of town so relied upon them heavily to look out for our best interests AND introduce us to reliable and trustworthy vendors to consider.

Neda is absolutely amazing. She's the best realtor we've ever worked with. We're moving to San Diego from the Bay Area so our knowledge of the different neighborhoods was limited. She pinpointed the areas that would be a good fit for our lifestyle and helped us find the perfect house.
