I highly recommend Erin Wade! Erin represented us buying a house in a fast paced and roller coaster market. At the time, there were few houses on the market for the number of buyers. It was a frenzy. Every offer had numerous bids way over asking price with extremely variable terms for the seller. It was disappointment after disappointment losing very good bids. There are truly no words to express how thankful we are to have found Erin on Yelp! Our family was relocating to San Diego and needed learn about the area. I first came across Erin through yelp. I remember browsing trying to find a seasoned agent that would be able to find us a dream home to raise our daughter.
