We offer makeup application for any special occasion including prom, graduation, bride, bridal party or any other event.
Eyelash extensions are individual strands of hair expertly attached to each individual eyelash with a special medical grade adhesive. They are applied to the eyelash itself and are never in direct contact with your skin. Eyelashes are made of mink and are available in a range in thickness, length and curl shape.

Let me start off by saying the customer service was really good! They were booked when I called so they took my number down and made sure to reach out as soon as something opened up.

The absolute worst eyelash experience I have ever had. The eyelash tech was 20 min late to my service. She picked my eyes 3 times. She was on Instagram and was checking messages the entire time. When I was done, she ripped the tape off and ran out. This entire experience from beginning to end was unprofessional and unpleasant. I'd rather go to manhattan then ever come back here again.
At the end, I raised my concerns to the receptionist and once again unprofessional. She blamed the whole experience on me checking my phone 2x at 4 as that was the time my appointment was supposed to end. Mind

Soo let me just start off by mentioning how freaking cute and cozy this place is ... literally everything. I started coming in to do my eyelash extensions in October and let me tell youu Shanty got me hooked !!! I have been coming back to see Shanty , she's my girl . ALWAYS looks out for her clients and does her best , she's a perfectionist and always makes sure you walk out looking stunning . But the best part is the whole staff is amazing , I love all of them honestly. Yolan who is in the front always greets you with a warm welcome and ask if I want water or something , how cute

I really wanted to give this place a good review. It was so close to me and the reviews were good so I thought I'd try it out.
HOWEVER:
My appointment was scheduled for 2pm -- she called to push it until 2:30 which I said was fine. We didn't start on my lashes until at least 3:15pm.
But I didn't leave until 6:30pm!!
I cannot believe this process took 4 HOURS of my day without an explanation, apology or attempt from the owner to make it right with a discount.
It was not the most relaxing or professional experience. I am so disappointed. My eyes are still very red and sore from

Terrible Experience! I am extra particular when it comes to my eyebrows so I searched for a while and due to its "Great" Reviews I decided to give it a try. First thing I said to the lady was how nervous I was about trying a new place and it had taken me a while to grow my eyebrows back because the last place messed me up. They reassured me they were the best and they understood how eyebrows can be easily ruined! Well behold I made an appointment ! Place was Beautiful that I will say.
