Went here yesterday for wax. Later on I noticed it wouldn't stop burning, and today there were two distinct burns on my upper lip. I called them. First the guy who works there apologized. I told him not to worry that I wasn't looking to leave the a bad review. Then he said the woman who took care of me will give me a call. She, however, said that was not her doing, and that it was because of the sun screen I use (Dermalogica). She started yelling at me when I assured her it was because of the wax, and when I asked to be transferred to the first guy I spoke with he also yelled at me when I said

Jackie, the proprietor and esthetician is a professional and caring artist who runs a high ship. She would rather reschedule a customer than have some leave incomplete. She's knowledgeable and willing to explain the ingredients and why she chooses to use them. I recommend this experience without reservation.

Great new skin care and nail salon in Harlem!
I just added this location to Google after my own experience there. I had a gel manicure done and they were very friendly , professional. The salon is clean and welcoming. Located on 145th close to Amsterdam. I’m looking forward to trying out other services there soon.
