Our standard The Waxing Factory is a unique hair removal salon. We work with exclusive Chocolate wax from Asia. This wax is perfect for people with sensitive skin who are prone to irritation and ingrown hairs that other waxes leave behind. Our method is less painful and gives better results. We only use high quality products and employ a high hygiene standard.

I got my lashes done from Jaz and she made it seem so effortless and she was great and super gentle. I literally fell asleep while getting them done. I always got my lashes done from other places but they always bothered me right after but this is first time my lashes arent bothering me at all and it feels like my own, super soft as well. I would recommend this place 10/10. The staff was super nice and professional as well.

It was a terrible experience ever I had in my life. The girl is so bad as a person too. She was rude and mean. I’ve been waiting for 50 min (she was telling me that I need to wait only 15 min every 15 min).! Then she was super fast doing waxing for me because she had seen another client in the waiting area. ( The client who had some problems with yesterday). so she wasn’t gentle with me at all. All my skin is red now and it was super painful. It doesn’t suppose to be like that! I’m waxing my arms for about 4 years already and I never had any problems with different places. I hate myself

I opted for the sensitive wax which was the most painful...been there several times before..this woman was inexperienced and kept waxing until I bled. I had to stop her. And you would think that she got everything...absolutely not...she kept apologizing and applied aloe which burned...I had sticky wax left on me. And they try to make you pay extra if you are using a credit card.

This place is awful and my waxer was very inexperience. I paid for what she claimed would be a more sensitive wax. She went over areas so many times that the skin became irritated. Now I will have to go to a more legit place where they know what they are doing to finish the job. Don't waste your money. Pay extra and go to a better place it will be well worth it! They new that it was bad service because they kept apologizing. Total regret.

The place was neat and clean . I went today with my best friend to get Brazilian wax’s . I couldn’t get all the hair removed because my hair was short due to me previously shaving it 2 weeks before hand , so the lady told me next time all the hair will be removed so I’m excited for that . The lady was nice she was pregnant also so it me feel comfortable with her and she was not too rough . This was my first time waxing and the pain level was 5/10

I use to be a regular customer but never going back again. The lady who did the wax was very rough and since getting a wax can be painful, when you yell she gets mad. She even told me I should just go if I am in this much pain. They don’t treat for ingrown hairs and barely clean up the area after they done waxing. They don’t make you feel comfortable. Never again! Such a bad experience on multiple occasions

Horrible! I definitely don't recommend this place. I went there to get a Brazilian Wax done with my Groupon voucher. The description clearly says "Chocolate Brazilian Wax". But guess what, when you get there, the lady will say anything to convince you to pay extra $10 and have the Sugar Wax which, according to her, is more healthy. I agreed to pay the extra $10 and I was shocked. She only used ONE STRIP! Left lot of hair behind, and what pissed me off the most was the fact that she didn't even bother cleaning up the area properly after she was done. It's sugar for God's sake and she knows well
