I love the idea of supporting this company. I live in Norwalk and often take them from train to home. However, the drivers are very nice and courteous and are good drivers, but the level of cleanliness is sad. There is just no excuse not to take your car to the car wash and spiff it up on the inside so people don't feel like they are going to get an illness because the inside is dirty! Please, please, guys! Go once a week to clean your cars!

Worst company in town. Dispatcher is rude, taxi takes forever, drivers take the longest ways and you cant tell them because they give you an attitude. I prefer Uber. Took one ride that cost me 5-6$ they charge 9$ twice plus I had to tell them where to go because they pretend that they don't know the town.

Love Norwalk Taxi the only Taxi company in town that I trust I have Ridden other Taxi's in Norwalk before and they have not been that good Every time i Use a Taxi i stick with Norwalk Taxi they always provide good service I call them up and they Always come on time and they even give you a call I Find that very helpful to know where the Taxi driver is the only thing you may want to work on is changing the Message a little bit sometimes i will get a call 2 times saying that the Taxi driver is outside waiting for you when the Taxi driver is on Route the Operator told me the Company calls you

As good as it gets, for a cab company! Needed a last minute ride to local hotel to pickup our rental car and the operator on the phone was friendly and efficient! No need for chit-chat, just need address for "to & from" and how long it would be till it arrived for pick-up. The driver was friendly and offered two routes (local streets with construction OR highway with rush hour) based on my need to be at the hotel at a certain time. Will use their service again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the 2nd time this company has picked me up SO late that I was very late to work. I called with plenty of time (about 40 minutes before I had to be at train station to catch it in to work) and was told I would get picked up 5-10 minutes later... 20 minutes later and I was still waiting, I called and was spoken to in a rude manner and told to wait another 5 minutes, another 10 minutes went by! Absolutely awful I missed TWO trains and now I am extremely late to work. USE UBER NEXT TIME.

Waited 1.5 hours for a cab that never arrived. Missed Metro North and was late for work. Apparently, they went to the wrong address...twice. Not the sharpest knives in the kitchen and they don't take credit cards! Unprofessional, obnoxious, and incompetent. Signed up with Uber out of spite. Can't wait for Uber to put them out of business.

DON'T EVEN CALL THEM. Train didnt show at the South Norwalk station, called this company. Some drunk man answered who I could barely hear. I asked him to repeat what he asked me and he screamed "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?" What an a**. Very unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I would not trust this man, or any of his affiliates with my life in the back seat of a taxi.

I honestly never even got to ride in the taxi. I called and the first thing I heard was the rudest dispatcher I have ever heard in my entire life. I asked if this was Norwalk Taxi since I couldn't hear what he was saying and he proceeded to tell me it was a car service not a taxi. It wasn't until another person in my area called back that i found out that it was a taxi service. Are they trying to run the business to the ground? Don't waste your hard earned money. I came back to yelp after 3 years just to write this review. That's how bad it was.

I looked up the yelp reviews for cabs in this area to get a ride to the Stamford train station. Despite the poor reviews on here, I decided to take a try because this was the only cab company I talked to that took Amex.
I had no complaints, personally. The cab showed up on time. The car was clean and the driver nice enough. Got where I had to go, and when I got there my card was processed using Square, which is great because then I didn't have to worry about losing the receipt (they emailed it to me).
To be frank, the only reason I'm even making this review is because after my research

I wish I could give 0 stars. Please listen to the negative reviews and stay away. I asked if they accepted credit cards and the woman on the phone answered yes. The driver, after being driven to my place and overcharged at 30 cents per 1/9 mile instead of 20 cents, told me they don't take cards. He checked with the dispatcher (apparently, the woman's husband) who I overhead on the entire drive yelling at the drivers and complaining about customers, told the driver I was lying. I called the woman up and she denied ever having heard my question... even though she answered "yes."

Don't rely on them to make a train.
Was trying to make it to the South Norwalk Metro North station for the 5:35 train. Called at 5:13. Was told 10 minutes. The cab got there at 5:29.
Missed the 5:35 and had to wait for the 6:22. The driver said they shouldn't have told me ten minutes, there was no way he was going to get there that quick from where he was.
The cab was clean and the driver was polite, but I would have rather have had an accurate time estimate. I did tell the dispatcher I was going to the South Norwalk train station, so he really should have known it was time sensitive
