Hearing? We never appreciate the value of good hearing, until we lose that which we have always taken for granted. Similarly, we never appreciate a specially caring and talented vendor like Dr. Larry Cardano, without having experienced others.
As long as I continue to age, I will be coming to Dr Cardano so he can skillfully reverse the practical age of my hearing.

The most difficult part of not being able to hear is constantly having to ask people repeat what they have said to you. The most significant improvements for me in getting a hearing aid from Hearing Center of LI was being able to hear my grandchildren talking to me and understanding what they are saying to me instead of only getting part of their conversation. Also, being able to join in talks with family and friends instead of just pretending to hear. I would tell anyone who has a hearing problem that they should not be afraid. Dr. Cardano was very patient and understanding with me. It was not

Mom could not hear for about two years, finally having to yell to communicate was getting so stressful and causing so many arguments that she agreed to come to the hearing center right here in Valley Stream. Dr Cardano was awesome, he has a great personality and he made her feel very comfortable with the testing and analysis of her needs. The past two years have been night and day - Mom can now communicate in person, she can talk on the phone, and we don't walk in and hear the tv at max volume anymore LOL A better home life and a lot less stress! NOW TODAY I stopped in to have her Hearing Aid Filters

There is no comparison to any other Hearing aid center. Dr. Cardano and his office staff are second to none. I cannot rave any more about their care, professionalism, concern, cooperative attitude, kindness, efficiency - something that is very rare these days. I have been a patient of Hearing Center of Long Island for 19 years and have been meaning to write a positive review since the first day I walked through the door. During my first few visits, it became very clear that I was in the right place. Dr. Cardano, Dr. Lazzaro, Dr. Rein and the staff have always been patient and careful when assessing my hearing issues. Over the years, they continued to find the best solutions for my needs and whenever newer versions of hearing aids became available, would let me know so that I might have the highest quality hearing possible. Office staff is knowledgeable, efficient and caring, the Dr's present as professionals, knowledgeable friendly, I am very pleased with the services that are provided along with the options that are offered regarding their products. I have Oticon hearing aids my first pair are now over 5 years old and I have opted to get new ones that have better hearing options due to advancement in technology. If your hard of hearing call them I think you will be happily surprised.

I was greeted by a very friendly office staff who were very helpful to me. The Doctor is also very nice and patient. He takes his time with you and I didn’t feel rushed. He was very patient with me. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.
