D. is a licensed audiologist in practice since 1997. Before opening his own practice he worked at several major medical centers in New York City. He founded the Hearing Resource Center at Lenox Hill Hospital, and more recently served as Audiology Director at Columbia University Medical Center Eastside.

He is by far the best on several levels. His knowledge
and thorough examination of my hearing impairment and diagnosis was crucial to finding the adequate solutions. He has the latest and state of the art audiology equipment . He examined my hearing aids
to determine their age and condition. He adjusted them remotely - via his computers etc. More importantly he gave me information about how their setting would remain unchanged even after I disconnect the batteries.

I use Lyric hearing aids, so must go into the office every 6-8 weeks to have them changed. The office is conveniently located near the 59th St. subway station. Everyone working there is very friendly. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to see one of the doctors, and I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. I could not ask for a better experience.

I can attest that Dr. Resnick goes above and beyond in caring for his patients. While a first- time hearing aid user with an unusual condition, I needed extra attention in terms of fit and settings. He always went out of his way to see me in case of an immediate need/adjustment and never made me feel that I was imposing on his time. In addition, his office administrator is extremely helpful and pleasant.

I have been working with Resnick Audiology for 8 years now for my hearing testing and hearing aid needs. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Resnick and his team. Appointments are easy to schedule and you never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. My experience with Andrew Resnick has been entirely positive. He is attentive, sensitive to patient concerns, up to date on recent developments, and able to explain clearly what alternatives are available. He makes himself available at short notice when necessary (e.g. damaged or lost hearing aid). His secretary is both efficient and charming.
