Within the adult practice, Louise carefully identifies each patient's difficult listening situation. Extensive counseling and strategies are provided to enhance listening. When indicated, discussion about hearing aids and meticulous programming of the device(s) is also provided. My wife and I took our newborn son (2 weeks old) to Louise Levy for a hearing evaluation, after he had several referrals in the hospital. Louise was excellent with our son and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. She spent many hours with us to make sure that we would receive the most accurate results. Despite our anxiety, and our son's lack of cooperation, Louise remained calm and reassuring. In addition, when further testing was required, Louise was proactive in seeking out the best care for our son. We highly recommend Louise Levy Audiology.

Louise is a superb audiologist - great skills, great empathy with patients and clear understanding of and appreciation for their hearing needs. After assessing my situation, Louise moved me to new hearing aids with options and technology that were far better suited for me than I could have ever expected, and she is incredibly accessible when technical tweaks are needed. She is just a pleasure to deal with, and is supported by a wonderful practice manager, Ysabel!

Louise Levy is by far an excellent audiologist, the best out there. She took the time to listen to our needs and made sure everything was taken care of, whatever had to be done. She goes above and beyond , follows up , and can call her anytime with an immediate call back . We absolutely would recommend Louise. She is assertive and very confident with whatever she says so you know to trust her diagnosis. She is really smart in other areas as well and have great advice even outside of her field.

Ms. Levy is by far the best woman I've ever met! With sincerity and the utmost professionalism, she comprehensively tested my preschooler. We walked out of her office feeling joyful, relieved, and knowing that our son could not have gotten better care anywhere else. Her staff is kind and her office is immaculate.
