I had a great first gel pedicure with Erica yesterday. I told her my feet were sensitive & she was really kind and understanding about it and still did a great job while being really careful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing without that salon smell & workers yelling over each other. On top of that they are being super clean with sanitation procedures and sticking true to their hygienic beauty promise - which is what makes this salon stand out. I kept telling Danis during my gel mani that this was the best manicure I’ve ever had and I wasn’t joking. Danis was just a delight and paid amazing attention to detail to make sure my mani was perfect. Not to mention the AMAZING hand massage. Will be back again!

Ashley did a great job on my Apres X nail application. She was super friendly and the shop was extremely clean. All of the nail instruments were individually peel packed for each client. The staff at this salon was also super friendly as well! Must try!

Absolutely fantastic place! I've gone here three times now and I always leave happy, satisfied, and with gorgeous nails. The salon is clean and chic, and the service by the staff is great. Morgan is my preferred nail tech and she's absolutely wonderful- funny and easy to talk to and does a great job with nail designs. She's very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go to get their nails done.

Only go here if you like having your time wasted. I called ahead and booked an appointment for a manicure, pedicure, and manicure for my boyfriend. On the phone I made it very clear that I wanted a design and EXTENSIONS. I get there and they tell me they don’t have time to do the extensions. Even after I say they can skip the pedicure and the other manicure, they’re still standing there acting like I’m inconveniencing them and telling me it’s not possible. Now I won’t be getting my nails done in time for my birthday vacation. Screw this place; avoid them at all cost.

I see Haily, and she’s amazing! My nails always look perfect. Her shaping skills are impeccable. She’s clean, always on time, I got my nails done two weeks ago and they’re still perfect. I’m rough on them and they’ve withheld everything I’ve put them through. Her nail art skills 💯 perfection 🙌🏻. First two photos are from two weeks ago, second set are now. Still looking perfect!

Love the beauty standards of this nail salon! I love using hygienic and vegan friendly products, so this is the only salon I have been to since moving back to Tampa Bay. The shop is always clean and they have an amazing color selection. The technicians are always so thorough with cleaning my nails and I am always so satisfied with how they turn out. Customer service has always been great at each visit and whenever anything has gone wrong, the manager/owner always made it right. Thankful to have found this environmental conscious shop!

I enjoyed my experience here at Luna Luxe Nail Loft! Danis was very detailed, professional and personable. She was friendly and attentive. I was welcomed in by the owner, Ashley and she offered me a strawberry lemonade mimosa (delicious!) I enjoyed the overall experience and how clean the salon was. My nails turned out beautiful. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is in the search of a fume-free salon that focuses on gel/regular polish manicures and pedicures. I will be returning whenever I am in the Tampa area :)
