If it's sweet, we got it! We'll sugar you up with our candy displays, delicious desserts and out of this world ice cream bars. Our awesome presentations are put together with love and include colorful linen to match your theme, fun props that pop, ribbons, labels and more leaving your guests in awe and satisfying their sweet tooth!

I heard about Platinum through Facebook. I was initially impressed with how easy it was to communicate with Tracey about the catering for our backyard cocktail party. However, when the servers, chef and bar tender arrived to set up my party I was blown away. Everyone was professional and so kind. The food and presentation was fabulous. I highly recommend platinum for your next catered affair.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. My surprise bridal shower was honestly hands down, more than I could've ever imagined it being like. Tracy made my dreams come true! Everything was so beautiful and so perfect! I am so thankful for her imagination and creating a shower that fits my taste perfectly! I couldn't have been happier!

Coukdn't give Tracy and her team enough stars!! If you are hiring staff for a party I very highly recommend !! You would be silly to use anyone else!
Servers we're AWESOME !! They showed up on time, worked tirelessly through out the whole event, were incredibly nice / professional, and made our party so easy for us to enjoy!! I couldn't thank them enough for their help!
