I also love to laugh my ass off (everything, especially the deep stuff, is kind of funny, ya know?). I help you reclaim your truth and enhance your aliveness through spiritual healing sessions, Reiki courses, meditation and chanting classes, writing and poetry, and "Soul Mirroring" sessions, which combine energy and talk to reflect back what you are ready to see and embrace in yourself.
In a Reiki healing session, you will receive safe, non-invasive, empowering support of your own innate connection to wellness and peace. In most sessions, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table, covered in a light blanket if you prefer. You can slip your shoes off or leave them on, however you are happiest.
The system of Reiki gives us the tools to craft our own transformation. With a daily Reiki practice, we can open to peace and well-being more and more every day, no matter what opportunities or challenges we might be going through. Note: I am on happy hiatus from teaching group classes and courses and focusing on one-on-one work.
The term Reiki refers to both spiritual energy - what we are all made up of, the fabric of everything - and a Japanese healing and meditation practice that encourages deep relaxation and self-healing on the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical levels. It is also a simple but limitless spiritual development practice that is not dependent on any particular belief or religious tradition.

Alice is hands down the best Reiki teacher I know! The support she gives you while taking her class, which is weeks long, is unsurpassed. And, she continues to support you for as long as you need it. She is always there to answer questions or give you support and ongoing encouragement for your own Reiki practice. Once you are a student of Alice's you are forever her student.
