I am going through some major life changes and needed some help sorting things out. I am not a fan of therapy per se as it hasn’t helped me much in the past. However, I knew I needed to give it another shot, so I did. I searched and found a therapist I thought would be a good fit after interviewing her and started seeing her. I met Claritza through a dear friend of mine and I am so glad I did. Claritza is a beautiful soul with a gift of light and love. Her positive mindset and good energy opened up my eyes to a whole knew outlook of love, light, and clarity. Prior to meeting Claritza, I had no experience with Reiki and a very limited understanding of what it was. I went to my first session with an open mind to address some old traumatic wounds. I am happy to say it was a really good experience! Claritza has a warm, calm presence that immediately made me feel comfortable. After that first session I felt very peaceful.
