Driver Casey was on time, 10 minutes early actually, at 3:30 AM for a short ride to SFO. Ride was a reasonable amount given the hour of morning. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. Water bottles in the back seat. Couldn’t have asked for more

If I could give negative stars I would do so. My wife called two days in advance for a pickup at 12:30 pm - less than 1.5 miles from their offices - to make a flight from SFO to PIT. They never showed up. When she called, they claimed that the called the facility where she was being picked up (they didn't) and they claimed they tried to call her (they didn't). When she asked to have the cab come back, they said they "took another fare" (yeah, I'll bet one that paid more since the trip to SFO was less than 10 minutes). Sadly the last experience gets the rating. They blew it! We called in a reservation the day before. The driver called on time in the wrong city and address.
Obviously, could have been a disaster. We got another company to show up on very short notice.
These guys never appeared and never responded to our frantic calls. Will never use them again!

I booked a cab from Dublin,CA (94568) to SFO airport on Oct 02 2017 at about 8PM POST and requested a minivan because we had a lot of luggage and told them about it. Their website advertised a promotional offer for a minivan, stating same fares as a sedan. The rate of $3/mile was also confirmed by the dispatch suggesting to a total bill of about $120 from Dublin to SFO.
Next morning the minivan arrived perfectly on time, the driver was very nice but on our way to the airport, I noticed the meter billing much at a much faster than $3/mile and on checking with the driver he surprised me by quoting

Today I was picked up by Allied yellow cab these guys are definitely professionals let me tell you something.Tom picked me up and what a nice guy and he really knows how to drive good I was amazed because a lot of cab services I've had nothing but problems with. These guys seem to be very professional and really like tom he was a nice guy what a treat dealing with him. I highly recommend this taxi company. to and from the airport we had different drivers who were both very courteous, spot on time, and gave a comfortable smooth ride in a clean van with relaxing music through that crazy SFO traffic. they had great communication via txt messages before we got picked up to ensure we met easily. upon returning home he even brought all our heavy luggage right to our doorstep. outstanding service and will definitely use them again.

My driver took the scenic route - hitting every back street between my pickup point and my destination. He was careful to avoid the 2 main streets which would have taken us from point A to point B directly. I've had this experience with other cab companies, and tried Allied this time because of all the GREAT reviews. I was pretty angry when he dropped me off, but hesitated to post a negative review or report the driver. I know the driver knew better - he just didn't think I knew. So - he cheated me - but I don't know if it was because he was a basic

Allied limousine is such a cool company. The driver was so cool. I used them when I want go to SF for a tour with my friends. It was so fun in the limo. They had all the drinks we asked for! It was a fun night in the city the driver knew his way around San Francisco with no doubt. The clubs he took us were off the hook. After clubbing all night and going all over SF the driver took us back to our homes safe and sound hahahah. Can't wait to do this again love these guys, and the service.

Friendly service, lovely limousine, great service! We couldn't have had a better experience. We ended up booking late, but they still bent over backwards to accommodate us on a very very busy weekend. It was our friend's 30 the birthday and our driver Tyrone was so nice! We were all really leased with the level of service and the quality of the limo for the price we pad; great deal!

Called for a taxi, the woman on the phone was nice. Told her I wanted a taxi ASAP, she quoted me ten minutes. It took him 15 to get there, but I didn't really care, just give me a more realistic quote next time.
He didn't speak much, but drove safely and helped me with my bag.
It costs 3.00 for the initial pick up and 3.00 per mile after that. My trip was only 3.8 miles, although I should have been charged 14.40 I was charged 16.50 which came out to 3.60 per mile.
Again, I don't mind, just be honest.
Either way, I made it to airport.
