The owner came to measure first and he was a delightful person. Very knowleagable and patient with our many questions. The two employees that came to install the railing in the front and back porches were great to deal with too. Everything was done and installed within 2 weeks. They could do better with scheduling (calling to schedule a time to come, etc.) but they are very nice, knowledgeable people who do quality work at a reasonable price.

We had Cornaby railing do our railing for a home we were building, it turned out great. They had to come fix something and I asked them to add a handrail, they measured in April 2021, it’s now September. I’ve been in contact but getting them to come do anything is impossible. I’ve emailed, called, and I get the response.. “ya we will get you on the schedule” they measured for my railing in APRIL, I’ve since tried to add my basement railing because in that time we finished our entire basement. This is me giving up, I wanted them to do our railing so it could match the rail at the bottom

Requested a bid and was told it would be available in two weeks. Three weeks later I still do not have the bid. I called them and they said they had it prepared and would email it to me but that was Monday and today is Thursday. I have called the last two days and no one answers their phone and they give you no option for leaving a message. Not very happy.

I'm doing an antique auto restoration and took my frame and wheels to them to be sandblasted and primed. They did an excellent job and were careful where I asked them to be (so as not to ruin sensitive, hard to replace old parts). They even cleaned up (blasted) some other small parts for no additional charge. Will definitely go back for future needs!
