The powder is electrostaticly charged so that the powder clings to cling to the metal, then it is baked out in our oven. Powders come in a broad range of finishes and textures. Any metal object that can hold an electrostatic charge and withstand the heat of the baking process can be powder coated.

Good experience upfront with Roger, prompt, came to my home, courteous, communicative, committed to do a design that other metal fabricators wouldn’t, these guys are definitely competent and Roger is a kind guy. I even toured their shop and they were very cool and explained things to my daughter who was with me about welding and how it works. I was pumped on these guys. I was already preparing to send them referrals

These guys put together an amazing custom railing for us. It was delivered and installed when they promised, and the quality was top notch. Everyone we came into contact with was respectful and professional, it was even communicated to the installers to remove their shoes on our carpet without us asking. Beyond that, they beat all competitors pricing by a landslide.

The first time I was very pleased with the service, price, and how quickly it was done. However this time it has been the complete opposite experience. Not only was he not there when i was supposed to drop off but then he says he cant have it done when he said it would be not once but twice. I will find a different person for next time.

I love Superior Powder Coating! They made me some incredible garden boxes and they look AMAZING! Also, my outside railing looks fantastic. Great price too!
