Advanced Powder Coating was founded in Utah County by Shaun Houston in 2005. His desire to start his business stems from his passion for automobiles and being a so called Gear Head with interests in Old School Hot Rods, Classic Cars and Off road vehicles. Realizing the importance of maintenance and keeping them looking good, he always strived to live up to the saying he uses.

I will bring all of my future projects to Advanced. They had the fastest lead-time, best pricing, and were on time. I was quoted a price by the owner and there was a clerical error in my pricing on pickup. Shaun quickly reviewed his notes and adjusted my price as promised. He even took the time and care to help me load and properly protect my railings to avoid damage. Very impressed by this family owned and operated business.

I have a 22 ft Boston Whaler that we are restoring and had a custom bow rail and T top fishing tower fabricated out of aluminum for the project. We needed it powder coated white to finish up the look. Shawn was the 3rd powder coating co that we got pricing from and he was significantly less that the other 2 guys. They did such a great job. They completed the job on the day he said it would be done. I will be taking all future paint jobs to Advanced.
