I needed a very specific type of snowmobile that ski resorts usually snap up before us little guys can get to them. But Elk Grove Powersports went to bat for me and managed to save one for me before it was gone. My salesperson Kevin was communicative every step of the way and made sure all the pre-work was done so that, when I showed up, the process was as painless as possible. Also, since this was my first snowmobile, he patiently (and non-judgmentally!) explained all the features.

It saddens me to have to post this but here it goes. I took my bike in for my 6000 mile oil change and checkup with all the confidence of it being in good hands which was just bought brand new back in October at Elk Grove Power Sports. Dropped it off last Thursday expecting it back by that evening but instead received a call saying they had dropped it off the bike ramp and caused major damage. Now here I am with out my commute vehicle to work, having to pay these ridiculous gas prices. The good thing is I'll be getting back with all new parts but not for a couple weeks. Sad to say I'll

I've never owned a side by side till I purchased a new CanAm from Elk Grove Powersports. I was helped by GK, who showed me everything there was to know about the vehicle and never pressured me once to buy until I was ready. It was an overall great experience buying from them. I must have been greeted by every person who worked their that day, and honestly felt welcomed when I was there. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need service, or to buy another side by side.

I visited the EGPS looking for a specific bike that unfortunately had just sold. However, after talking with their salesman Jim Nau, he walked me through the ordering process for obtaining a new bike. Jim was professional and knew how to answer every question that I had. He regularly kept contact with me until my new Indian Scout Bobber arrived was prepped and I drove it off. The service team at EGPS was also spot on. Go in and meet Josh. He was able to ensure that I had particular extra add-ons to my bike as well as some accessories that I wanted. These are good folk and work like a family! I

I purchased a new Motoguzzi June 2nd. At the last minute I was informed there was no keys for the luggage. I was assured by the sales manager Joe that they would have someone pickup my bike in the Bay Area and tow it to Elk Grove to be rekeyed if I made the purchase. After about two months I went to plan "B" and secured keys on my own for my luggage. When I asked about the towing I had been assured of by the sales manager which never took take place. I was offered $150.00 in compensation which never arrived. I would of been happy with the $80.00 I had paid for the keys. I plan on buying another

Had such a great experience here. They took my bike in for its first service the same day and had it done for me to drive home before closing. Talk about accommodating. Plus, the store has the largest selection of bikes, accessories and apparel of any store I’ve been to in the Bay Area. No problem passing time in there. Really blown away.

Came in to buy chain wax, noticed very helpful friendly knowledgeable staffs, very clean environment. If I have to criticize, they don't service Honda :(

I recently had some cams put in my roadmaster Indian that I'm really happy with it took a little longer than expected but the results are great and the service manager Joe got things together and I appreciate his efforts sometimes getting parts from Indian takes a little longer but definitely look great and works great again I would like to send out a thank you to Joe the bike runs excellent

This place is absolutely horrible! Their service is terrible. They do not know how to install parts or work on mechanical issues correctly. We had them install assault radius rods. Not only did they install in the wrong order they did not have the adjustments correct nor were the locking nuts tightened. We went out for a little ride and all the tension radius arms loosened and changed the camber in all directions. We spent our time in the desert fixing it for 5 plus hours. Also when we initially brought it in to get the work done we had asked for additional items to be put on, when we picked it

Really love these guys!! Brought my bike in to get repaired, the thoughtful and attentive staff helped me get my bike fixed and me back riding quickly. I was so impressed with their service I bought another bike from them. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working as it should. I was impressed. I showed up right after they opened on a Saturday with no appointment, but I knew what bike I was after. Adam found me and helped me throughout the morning in between his actual appointments and was able to get me out on a test ride. We made a deal on the bike and I just had to wait my turn for finance to have a free moment in between their appointments to finish the purchase. I was asked if I needed assistance by pretty much any employee I made eye contact with, smooth purchase process and they respected my choices and didn't push anything I didn't want. I worked with Tam Nguyen, He called me Thursday morning about 10 minutes before they opened up shop in reference to the request I made Wednesday night asking for more information on a 2020 maverick X.3 RR. Tam answered all of my questions and within 30 minutes he had me approved and ready to pick up my new toy the coming weekend! So I did it! Got this bike for work. It was a real exercise riding it home for an hour and a half in the cold last night, but definitely worth it! This morning my back, arms, and legs were sore, but that was to be expected and it means good exercise!
