I’ll never go back. Service charged for stuff they didn’t fix. 3 reasons I went there was: 1) rough idle and, 2) Ignition switch wouldn’t lock and #3 wanted spare key made.
I knew idle problem may mean valve adjustment, so I OK’d that if necessary.(they said they would have to check.
Ignition key barrel Defect is known by Yamaha, so it was on recall, but previous owner had it replaced so they wouldn’t replace it again even though same problem re-occurred. So I said I’d pay to get it working too. I authorized ordering duplicate keys too. Weeks later went to pick up bike and still couldn’t

Scamming fees quoted on for $500 on new bike (above all other MSRP and state fees). I have bought several new bikes from many dealerships in past with no such scamming fee. Simply ludicrous and a rip-off. Honda dealership does not advertize any such non MSRP fees, a ludiscrous scam by this dealership to scam first time buyers and innocent consumers

First of all great customer service. I called one morning and they were able to take me in 2 hours later after calling many places. Were able to replace my groms tires. Felt amazing after wards. They called me for my chain being old and dirty which I knew but neglected, they called and offered their service which I didn't plan on it but I'm glad they did. Got ride of chain noise I had. I'm not sure what they did or how they did it but my brake lever was mushy and as I left I felt like they fixed that issue too without even asking for it. And the smallest detail that I noticed was they greased up

Purchased a brand new 2021 Kawasaki dirt bike for our son for Christmas that we ordered over 2 months in advance with promise of it it coming on time...ended up finding out the week before it wouldn't arrive on time with nothing but an IOU from "Santa". Now the bike won't start (already trickle charged battery and tried to pull/push jump it) and all they have to say is bring it in for a $150 Diagnostic test. REALLY?!? Seriously disappointed with the Customer service. After over $10,000 in purchases in the last year between bikes and gear I will definitely never shop here again

Took my bike in for a new SET of tires and a 4K service. They only replaced the rear tire even though I asked for a new SET (front & rear). 4K service was done no complaints there except upon returning home I checked the oil level and it was low. The service writer was rude and cocky. Will NOT be going back to this place!!! 1 star given because I can't give them what they deserve which is 0. I had an appointment and the bike was not completed until the following day. While walk in appointments were coming in and leaving the same day. They really dropped the ball on this. While waiting

Very bad service on sales and service, last month I try to buy a motorcycle, after I fill out application, finance guy give a call after 4 days and talk so bad I realize is better get my business somewhere else, so I did and I get motorcycle from Suzuki Santa Rosa! Few days ago I toke my motorcycle to Suzuki dealership service the same company PCP Suzuki, they wanna charge me with no reason like daily $40 to keep the motorcycle for service and they don't give me time for how long they wanna keep my motorcycle, they wanna charge $150 just tell me what is wrong on brand new motorcycle under

Shout out to PCP Motorsports..who told me my "less than 5 years old" jet ski "probably would not start" and would cost between 5-11k to fix...I was just about to purchase a new one for what you quoted us. Your "diagnosis" saved me from doing just that. You guys really thought you could pull one over on me. SMH.

We desperately wanted to buy two jet skis for the summer. We went to another dealer before coming to PCP and were met with unhelpful and disinterested sales people. When we walked into PCP, we were immediately greeted by a knowledgeable, friendly and personable sales person, Greysen. He took us through the different models to help us find a pair that would fit our needs. We decided on a pair of jet skis with a double trailer. Good selection of bikes, the best you will get in Northern California from what I have seen. Sales department has some good guys but the older gentleman I spoke with would not work any deal other than sticker price.He was grumpy and not worthing giving a cent of my hard earned money to. I bought my bike somewhere else but, if I was in the market in the future and they had a bike I want than i'd go straight to the owner or manager to do a deal.
Service department seems alright, had some work done and it was completed fast and done correctly.
Parts has a large selection but some high prices
