Mission: Eolas Environmental, LLC was founded in 2011 by Kimberly Walsh, a Licensed Environmental Professional (L.E.P.), Licensed Asbestos Inspector, and Certified Lead Inspector in the State of Connecticut, and Licensed Asbestos Inspector in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Walsh created Eolas to provide an alternative to large, impersonal, and often expensive environmental consulting firms.

It is our practical, common-sense perspective combined with our technical expertise that translates into cost and time savings for our clients. The quality of our service, anchored by pragmatic experience and the attention we give our clients, separates Eolas from other consulting firms.
Eolas has extensive experience preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and consistently delivers quality reports to attorneys, developers, municipalities, lenders, and commercial and industrial property owners. Using our ESAs, our clients are equipped to make informed business decisions when it comes to environmental issues.
Depending on the outcome of a Phase I ESA, additional investigation of soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and/or sediment at a property may be necessary to determine whether a release has occurred and, if so, to determine the extent of a release. Eolas routinely performs subsurface investigations and hydrogeological studies of commercial, municipal, and industrial properties to fully characterizing the nature and extent of contamination.
At Eolas, we know that our clients expect customized, technically-sound solutions to environmental problems and we deliver. Once the process of characterizing the environmental conditions and contamination at a property is complete, regulatory drivers are understood, and future property use is determined, Eolas works with stakeholders to properly plan, design, permit, and execute remedial solutions.
