Jerry and family at E Water are the very best around! They installed a softener/sulfur system in my Kent Island home and its working great. The service of this company is impressive, we had an issue with the sulfur system pump on July 4th weekend and Jerry came out and replaced it under warranty on a July 4th Saturday morning!!! I guarantee you won't find that kind of service anywhere else. If I could give more stars I would.

This is such a nice family run business. My husband and I were new to the area (and all things well water!).
Jerry and little Jerry put a filtration system and softener on our tank. They were patient and helpful explaining how everything thing works.

Great staff. I just moved into my home and needed someone to get the water ready and up to snuff. After doing a ton of research I called E Water.
The guys came out and instead of recommending replacement they offered to repair the unit. Price was around $500 vs $2000. Overall a good experience and was able to save me money as a new homeowner so I can put it to other needed projects.
They listened and met my needs without pushing systems to me.

Jerry Lloyd of E Water Co. installed our water system a year ago and was knowlegable, courteous, efficient and willing to answer all of our questions. We have had the system for a little over a year now and our water tastes great. The service after the sale has been fantastic. He came to our home and answered my questions and showed me how to do what was required. We recently needed to have our filters changed and he was very helpful and even tested our water to make sure it was up to standards.
