Based in Jessup, Maryland, Arc is conveniently located to serve the entire Chesapeake Bay Region, including Maryland, The District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and eastern West Virginia.
David L. Goldstein, President, and a graduate of the University of Maryland, has been with the Company since 1980. David is a member of Property Management Association (PMA) and the Association of Water Technologies (AWT). He has been the primary developer of Arc's specifications and drawings that set the industry standard for the installation of water treatment systems in newly constructed office buildings.

Arc Water Treatment actively helps customers monitor and prevent the spread of Legionnaires' disease. This disease most commonly propagates in heated water environments, as in cooling towers, where the bacteria have an opportunity to grow and contaminate the mist emanating from the towers. People can only contract the disease by inhaling the bacteria from an airborne mist, such as from cooling towers.
