Arc Water Treatment
Arc Water Treatment is recognized nationally for Legionella Bacteria Testing. These tests can be taken from all types of sources including cooling towers, evaporative condensers, humidifiers and domestic water systems. We offer a progressive profile testing method that provides timely DFA results and thorough culture analyses for any results having detectable bacteria levels.

Since the 1980's, Arc Water Treatment has been a strong proponent for proactive monitoring of potential Legionella sources. Arc Water Treatment is the region's leader in sterilizing the domestic water systems for new buildings, plumbing renovations and additions to existing buildings.
Services
Since 1963, Arc Water Treatment Company has earned a reputation for reliability and proven performance serving the commercial water treatment needs of our customers. Based in Jessup, Maryland, Arc is conveniently located to serve the entire Chesapeake Bay Region, including Maryland, The District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and eastern West Virginia.
David L. Goldstein, President, and a graduate of the University of Maryland, has been with the Company since 1980. David is a member of Property Management Association (PMA) and the Association of Water Technologies (AWT). He has been the primary developer of Arc's specifications and drawings that set the industry standard for the installation of water treatment systems in newly constructed office buildings.
Arc Water Treatment is fully committed to the Green Movement, assisting customers in managing their buildings to be as green as possible. While Arc has implemented appropriate internal changes, such as joining the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), switching to diesel vehicles, and recycling much of our trash, the important commitment is how Arc Water Treatment helps you, our customer, go green.
Arc Water Treatment actively helps customers monitor and prevent the spread of Legionnaires' disease. This disease most commonly propagates in heated water environments, as in cooling towers, where the bacteria have an opportunity to grow and contaminate the mist emanating from the towers. People can only contract the disease by inhaling the bacteria from an airborne mist, such as from cooling towers.
Arc is proud to be a member of the following professional organizations. The Arc sales team provides strong support to several associations by participating in meetings, conferences, seminars and specialty events of the local chapters.
