Florida Wellness Medical Group was established in 2006 by an experienced group of physicians who manage a wide range of conditions. We offer five convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area offering Primary Care, Physical Medicine, Chiropractic, Medical Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy. At Florida Wellness, we specialize in a wide range of services, front-door pharmacy delivery, allergy testing and treatment, and much more.
If you live or work in Ybor, Channelside, Convention Center, Harbour Island, just hop on the Trolley! Our office is conveniently located at the final stop #11 - Whiting Street! Taking the bus? HART stops right in front of our office! And for parking, there's Fort Brooke Garage (Parking Validated!) Dr. Unger and all these people at Florida Wellness Medical Group are incredibly caring and helpful.
What an amazing visit, I strained my back over the weekend and was able to get in a same-day appointment. Dr. Abrahams was very personable and really cared about where my pain was. He gave some great pointers on how to continue to be able to work workout for my daily routine. The office is very clean, staff was very friendly and there was no wait time!
The whole staff was wonderful and Dr Unger took his time to understand what was going on so we can help fix the problem. The team at Florida wellness is nothing short of amazing! From physical therapy to massage to the expertise of Dr ugner, I have been so blessed to have these folks helping me recover.

Since relocating, I’ve been looking so hard for a great chiropractor, and I’ve tried MANY and none of them clicked.
Then I found Dr. Abrahams & Johnathon….their hands are truly blessed! I can’t explain how relieved I felt immediately after my appointment. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this place. Totally recommend!

My experience at Florida Wellness Medical Group in Carrollwood was great one. From the time I walked into the office to the time leaving I felt welcomed and I felt important. Front desk was friendly and informative with any questions I had and I especially like not having to wait long in the lobby for my appointment. Was brought back right away. The chiropractor assistant was very friendly and listened very well to what I was coming in for and the chiropractor was also friendly and addressed every issue and question I had. He made me feel comfortable and felt safe being my first time getting adjusted

I got nothing but good things to say about this office and Florida Wellness in general. Their offices are always clean and friendly. The staff is always attentive and caring. Brian has worked both downtown and Carrollwood office and he is extraordinary at his work. He makes your feel at home, relaxed, and part of the family. Jonathan and Andres are phenomenal at massage therapy. Dr. Ridge was caring and supportive during my car accident chaos. What a relief to not only have a doctor for injuries but a shoulder to lean on! Dr. Abrahams continues to adjust and personalize my treatment post-car accident

I’ve always been skeptical when it came to chiropractic work, and to be honest, a bit freaked out by it. I’ve had on and off back pain for over 15 years following a minor car accident I was in. Insurance never recommended chiropractic work when I went through physical therapy, but the pain never fully went away. Dr. Raws Abrahams has to be one of the best chiropractors I have ever used also Johnathon Rodrigues registered chiropractic assistant and license massage therapist is just hands-down one of the best massage therapist in the area.. This place is super clean and everyone there is always friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse to the very knowledgeable people in the billing department they are all professionals and a pleasure to deal with.. perfect location also there is always plenty of parking
