Ya know, I was an early member and was very happy with Michael's attention to healthcare. Although the office seemed to always be in some disarray.
I have moved away from the area and spoken with more than one person over there asking them to discontinue my monthly subscription. Everyone told me something different or that they would pass along my request but it never got finalized until today when I called and refused to get off until this was taken care of. I asked for a refund for the past 3 months or even just this one and was told that was not an option.
Be sure you plan to stay with them

Finally finding a doctor who will listen and understand! I left feeling seen and heard for the first time in a very long time in reference to medical practitioners. It was refreshing to feel that I wasn’t the only one concerned with my health. I am so greatful to have been referred here and have already had my parents switch to his practice! If you are tired of being overlooked and ignored but exhausted from explaining yourself and being shut down so you’ve given upon trying get help. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

Firstly, I would like to say that I enjoyed my visits with Jamie. Her bedside manners are great. She is kind and helpful. She seems busy most of the time, since my last few visits were with her but she was not present. On to why I am writing this review, I recently went in for an adhd examination and it was the worst medical experience of my life. I paid $21 upfront for the visit. A nurse practitioner student came in and said I was there for a follow up. I was not. I was there for an examination. She didn’t know that and went out and got me an assessment. Terrible office. My husband genuinely like the provider, but they hire staff that can’t do their job right. Then they call and get nasty once you’re frustrated enough with them, and say enough is enough. My husband could never get a prescription refill, they’d say they’d send it and never would. Ever single time. Then I became a patient, and the lady told me it would take two weeks for a neurology referral, she never gave me one and it’s been several months. I even tried taking my newborn there, and no one would call

After reading a couple of the negative reviews, I felt compelled to come on here and leave some positivity. As a society, we are quick to write reviews only when we want to complain.
I went to this clinic recently and had a great experience! I was seen in a timely manner, the staff were friendly and professional, the doctor was knowledgeable and the office was clean! I'll be going back and I'll continue to recommend them to family/friends and neighbors.

PREFACE: I had one physical, one woman's exam, and one sick visit total.
DO NOT put yourself through the chaos that has been this office for the past two months if not more. Red flag number one, they asked me if I needed a job when I expressed I was previously a medical assistant at my first appointment. Red flag number two, it took me two weeks to speak to someone at the office to schedule an appointment, spoke with after hours scheduling once during that time. The office voicemail states they are open from eight a.m. to five p.m. everyday but when I called at nine a.m. it stated they were closed

Dr Mike is knowledgeable AND relatable. He is patient, understanding and service oriented. I was VERY impressed with the training he is providing for residents and the comprehensive care provided ; despite all the levels of activity in the office. It is a small place, but there is a constant buzz and I can see why--some of the best care I ever received. So glad I found this gem and a Doctor I can work with...and who will work with me.

I have been seeing NP Jamie for a couple of months now and from the first visit I knew it was the place for me. From the awesome music, clean office to her beautiful front staff I couldnt be more satisfied. I struggle with many things and have been treated poorly by many providers and Jamie has restored my faith in being comfortable enough to feel safe in communicating my needs. The office responds very quickly and I never feel like a bother. Smile and laughs all the time! Although finding the “perfect “ plan for a patient is not always a one time deal, I always leave more positive and happier

I literally had the best appointment ever today with Dr. Jamie. She is amazing and everyone was so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. It was inviting, clean, and had an awesome atmosphere! I have to say that I felt amazing when I left. I thought I had slim options establishing with a primary care because insurance is just to expensive. But after meeting them they changed everything for me. Just to know that I can have the care I need and afford it feels so amazing. I am going to get my whole family established with her. I can’t express how much this helps my life!
