This is usually my go to eyebrow spot but today I wanted to swing by and get my eyebrows done before my next appointment. I walked in and seen a few customers waiting so I politely asked how long is the wait, to just to make sure I would have time but the lady's attitude was so rude she threw her arms up pointed at the guests made a face at me like I was supposed to know exactly how long.. I won't ever be returning after that customer service

Martha did an eyebrow thread and tint! It was my first time getting both and they turned out amazingly! The experience was super comfortable she talked me through the process and the materials used and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with how everything looked! The establishment is clean and professional and if I could rate more stars I would.

I have been going here for almost 7 years (brows by Shila) Pre-covid there was a wait but i promise it was worth it everytime. Now during the pandemic you have to make an appointment online but the website is user friendly and manageable. I can't say enough great things about this business, the owner and the services! 10/10 don't know what I'd do without Shila.

Walked in today at 2:25 with only one other person there. I had to leave by 3 because I had somewhere to be but figured it was plenty of time to accommodate 2 customers in that time. I asked if Shila was with a customer because I didn't see her. She said "no, but she'll be out soon." So I waited.. She came out at 2:35 and helped the lady before me - finished in 15 min. I really like this place, been coming for a year now. They do a great job at shaping and maintaining my brows. However I have to take a star off because they're not the best with appointments.
They really push making an appt on their website, which is awesome. Makes it a lot easier than calling or walking in. But when you get inside, you sign in on a sheet of paper and just mark whether or not you had an appointment or if you're just a walk-in.
The girls NEVER check the sheet to see who's next or who circled that they have an appointment. They just call your turn in order that

I have been going to Shila since 2010 and I will follow her anywhere. She's the best and always get my brows right. Both locations are VERY clean and everyone is always so friendly. Shila has always made me feel welcome and asks about my family. I cant say enough good things about her. She cares so much about the customer, she provides punch cards for customers and has very comfortable waiting chairs. I hope you'll give shilas a try. You won't be disappointed.

My favorite is Martha!! She listened to what I wanted and takes her time. I got eyebrows, lip, and chin threaded. Martha is very friendly and we always chat about our day. She threads my eyebrows first, then cuts the hair down. Even when I want thin brows, she gets a perfect shape for me! I like the thinner look! The prices for brow, chin, and lip is $20 and Martha doesn't rush. I always feel special and important. Best of all, I look beautiful when I leave.

Everyone is required to wear masks and if the wait is too long, they ask you to wait outside or in your car in order to maintain social distancing. I usually just walk in and have no problems being seen, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait, so if you have a tight schedule I recommend calling in advance!
It's also reasonably priced and they offer punch cards! After 6 sessions, your 7th

Shila is just amazing! Been going to her for years now. She has two locations. This is one if Eastern & 215 and the other Rainbow & 215. Staff is friendly, space is clean. If you don't want to wait for your fave threader I recommend calling in for an appointment. They have a punch card which is a plus!

A few days ago while getting my brows threaded by Shila, I told her I was finally, seriously getting ready to have consultations for microblading. My extremely thin eye brows added 15 to 20 minutes in the morning just to make them look somewhat even, and still just okay-ish most days.
