Awesome Workouts and Fast Results! I started working out with Anthony 4 months ago. I've dropped 2 sizes and feel stronger than ever. I've trained with many trainers throughout the North Shore and Anthony is by far the Best. He mixes up my workouts and keeps me motivated.

Anthony is an excellent trainer. He is attentive and highly knowledgable about the body. He offers individualized attention which allowed me to gain the strength, endurance, and flexibility I needed to get back to my previous fitness level. Anthony is a fantastic trainer. He's been training my husband and I at our home for 2 years now. We are very pleased with our results.
