Q: What kinds of doctors serve your patients and residents? A: Radford has its own team of physicians, plus a medical director and other contracted physicians, such as podiatrists, to help meet your needs. Q: Do you offer outpatient services? A: We currently serve the needs of inpatient rehabilitations, and do not currently offer outpatient services.
Radford offers long-term residential care that provides all the comfort and care of home. All our locations provide the amenities and programs of a retirement community, from specially prepared meals, to stimulating activities, to attractively designed community areas and apartments. But Radford Health & Rehab Center augments these features with the specialized health care many communities cannot offer.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. my father just got moved there about 2 months ago, and i wish we moved him to a different place. when we got there, he ‘lost’ his phone and his wallet. during a visit with my dad, i complained to the nurse that he came IN with his wallet, but it’s not with him now. about 5 minutes after telling the nurse he didn't have his wallet and they lost it, she magically found it and handed it to me. we still don’t have his phone.
recently, a staff member tested positive for covid, which led to 6 residents testing positive. my father was one of them. i did NOT get

My mother was a resident at Radford Health and Rehab for the last couple of years.
I have nothing but positive comments for the staff there. I'm thankful that Mom was able to be in a center that took such good care of her. In her last week, Radford Rehab made it easier for us in many ways, but specificly by making provisions and arrangements so that we could come and visit as we wished . They were great. I highly recommend.

I love working Here at Radford Health and rehab. We have an awesome Team of Co-workers that show Amazing care for our residents and their Family Members. I have to say this is the first place I worked that treated you like family. no matter what is going on if you need help the team just jumps right in and help. we love our residents and their family and we do our Best to provide peace of mind to those we care for. Absolutely horid care. My loved one was there and they left her laying in feces for multiple hours, did not reposition her and a doctor who had never seen her discharged very crucial meds. She almost died in this facility. Some of the nursing staff were very unfriendly and very dishonest. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place. Physical therapy was great with her however, they took time away from all of us due to their own negligence. She is in a much better facility but we are still looking for answers to a lot of sketchy incidents.

My mother was recovering from a stroke and making the decision to recover at Radford Rehab was a HUGE mistake! They treated her more like a nursing home patient than a rehab patient. They never encouraged her to do more, they only tried to hold her back. I had to provide ALL her heart healthy meals because they wanted to give her chicken fried steak and pot roast. I would recommend an acute rehab facility in Roanoke.

Twice my Father was a patient at Radford Rehab in 2018. Each time the staff was great. Never did we have a problem that was not addressed and fixed. The physical therapy staff worked hard to get him home. Mrs. Boitnott took care of every problem we faced and made both his stay so much easier for us to deal with. Radford Rehab is an asset to the area.

While my mother was there I felt she was well cared for. However; I applied for a job as an RN, had an interview and never heard back from them. Also my daughter worked there as a CNA and was fired due to " absences" though she had Dr excuses and also because she failed to complete educational courses online. Apparently, they do not need help or they would follow up on interviews and would make allowances for part time people who are going to college, working and are single parents.
