I was down here visiting from Kentucky and had an accident, and these guys and gals went above and beyond to try to get me back on the road in time to get back to my kid, making personal trips across the area to get parts and putting in extra time and effort. They were in constant communication with me the whole time, and the whole staff was friendly and professional. They have my highest recommendation for helping me save an enormous amount of money in flights, and making the process completely headache-proof. I would give them a sixth star, given the opportunity.

Been searching for a good mechanical shop for a while and recently stumbled upon East Hill Auto as I was getting gas at the gas station decided to take my chances and walked in for an estimate. To my surprise the estimate was really reasonable and the service was quick. Will come back with my other two vw's in the near future. Highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Great mechanical service and also great customer service.

Dropped my truck for computer analysis of check engine light. That costs $85 up front whatever you do. Should have left then.Took about 2 days and 2 phone calls to get it done after dropping it off and borrowing car. They said it was emissions and I questioned if that really needed to be repaired or some CA regulations?They claimed " Well to get light off , we need to correct problem" Should've left then. Total of over 500$ later and about 2 more days, I get truck back.
Less than 5 weeks later the check engine light on, I went to TIRE TRUST that another brother recommended. They have me drive

Easthill automotive has been so helpful on several occasions. My most recent car issue was when I was selling my car. My husband was trying to make some small improvements and ended up messing something up that neither us nor another repair shop could diagnose. So stressful! Thankfully Easthill Automotive has tow service to get my car to their shop… where the very knowledgeable mechanics were able to figure out my issue and fix it quickly. Even the tow truck driver went the extra step and used some portable power box to get my windows rolled up in case of rain. They have the smarts and care

Once again East Hill Auto pulls through with quality service and exceptional pricing. I dropped off my GMC Terrain without warning on a Sunday and they turned the car around by Wednesday morning. They discovered an issue with the serpentine belt/tensioner and a tire that was absolutely unsafe to drive on, explaining why the repairs were needed and updating me throughout the process. My SUV is driving like the day I bought it. I definitely recommend East Hill Automotive!

This is the first time in my life I have ever stopped and taken time out of my busy day to leave a negative review about any business. I've always felt like people just have bad days sometimes and I like to give people the benifit of the doubt.
I am writing this review in their parking lot after it has been here for almost 4 days.
They installed a fuel pump in my truck. It now has diesel pouring out of one of the fittings to that pump. Obvious warranty issue. I asked why they prioritize new business and let their warranty work sit for 4 days and the lady just

You guys just had my car towed from Warrington post office about 1230 today. I used east hill auto for a towing service. Logan was amazing and extremely professional! It was very important for me to have a good reliable tow considering that I drive a high end car.
