Had a good smooth experience with them they were super up front about everything and kept me updated the whole time! They are also super friendly there! Would recommend this out of all the import places in Pensacola as i have been to all three and i will only be taking my car here from now on because they were by far the best!

This is hands down the best auto service shop I have ever taken my Mercedes to! Will and Guy are wonderful people who take their time to explain everything in detail. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. They are not pushy nor do they try to upsell me on anything. I give them an A+ and plan to come back for every future service need.

These guys are the Porsche specialists. Awesome! I have a 00 Carrera 4 Cabriolet with 40k. I knew of a IMS bearing was a possible issue. They recommended the redesigned direct injection IMS system. Save me thousands later. They serviced transmission, replaced plugs & coils, and coolant change because the engine was out.
These guy have addressed any issues that have arise on my car. They glad show me things I can take of it myself.

Brought car here with bad mechatronic unit. I ordered one with warranty and brought to him. After installation it would not program. Company sent me another. When I dropped it off myself and Guy inspected it and it had no physical damage. 6 weeks went by and he had not worked on it, so I went to pick up car and get the original and unit I had dropped off 6 weeks prior. The unit I gave him was now damaged in several areas. Looks like it was dropped, which may be the reason he did not work on car again. My bad for bringing a used part, but this shop damaged the second one. I would NOT recommend this

Love Guy’s place! This is the only shop to which I bring my Landmark LR4 and my Supercharged Range (including the dealer in Mobile). He is always honest with me and upfront about pricing and what he thinks might be wrong. I know enough about cars, labor, and costs, to know an honest mechanic when I meet one, and you cannot go wrong here. Warranties his work, takes care of his customers, and loves what he does, which shows in the care he gives my Rovers! You don’t need to look anywhere else.

Beware of the crackhead owner Guy. He prays on the uninformed customer by telling them their are several other issues with your car aside from the original problem you came in for.
On my original visit with him at Palafox imports I got a halogen bulb replaced. As he completes the work I see him taking a large iron crow bar to the engine bay of my car. I found it strange for him to do that for a bulb replacement, but did not ask any questions. About a month goes by and my engine is vibrating hard at idle. Come to find out he was prying at one of my engine mounts which was causing the heavy vibration

At the recommendation of a friend who had Palafox Imports service his Mercedes E500 suspension, I took my 2015 Porsche Cayenne to see Guy. My passenger side window was stopped in the down position and the electronics were acting very strange. My fear was giving someone a blank check to begin checking the entire electrical system on the right side of the vehicle. Within 10 min of arriving, Guy had the window operating. Another 10 min and he had put the window through a series of paces to ensure he had correctly identified the problem as a door module no longer in sync. He spent another 10 min

Well, let me start with stating this was not an impressable experience. I came to this repair shop because my husband had prior work done and wanted a 2nd opinion. Unfortunately, he was unable to make this trip and I had the pleasure of meeting this rude, arrogant, know it all worker named Guy. Serviced on my Mercedes twice and also took care of the parts when a beach mouse made a home in my engine. Have had very good experience with Guy and the price is better than the dealership. I had awful service at the Pensacola Centennial Mercedes dealership. Wish they had a shuttle service but the car service has been great!

Took my Porsche 911 Turbo for some work. I had them install a BBi slave, but Guy put Pentosin instead of DOT 4 fluid in it. Blew out the clutch less than 500 miles later and in the process tore out the first and second gear synchros. He also put in the clutch retaining pin backwards, causing it to slide. He also did not put back on one of my underbody panels. Both of my clutch lines were swelled and sweating. He told me he had fixed them and they were fine. Both had failed due to a mix of DOT and Pentosin because Guy did not flush the system properly. I am in for 8000.00 to fix everything
