When I signed the lease over a month ago I was not told that electric was not included and I was responsible for it until after the lease was signed. And honestly I shouldn’t be paying $895 a month plus electric with how unsafe of an area it is located in. My neighbours in apartment 9 (the apartment across from me) are always arguing late at night and have almost had physical fights outside of the apartments. I fear for my safety living in the apartments and have not had a good nights sleep since I moved in. I feel as if I was lied to about the quality and

Ness Property Management LLC are the new owners that have taken over a few apartment buildings which previously were ran by Whatcom Property Management.. So far, they did a thorough cleaning up of the outside areas and they generally seem to be on top of things. No complaints from anyone or about anything that I know of. So far, so good! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Very poor management, we’re going on 5 WEEKS since I put a maintenance request for my bathtub to be fixed. I’m having to scrub the tub everytime a shower or bath happens it’s very frustrating I have a 2 year old and month old baby. Definitely not worth what they’re raising the rent too.

I have lived in the same building for 5 years. Ness bought the property and in a matter of months have caused me to want to move out. With poor communication, raising rent without notice, and not taking care of the property they have pushed loyal tenants out. Ness is just out to take money from people, and not take care of the tenants. Absolutely awful.

You report a problem to them like water damage sink with dry rott and get told by Ness. Well that's only a comestic repair or a wall cracking from the building settling. They don't want to fix anything unless it's like a leaking pipe or something serious they can get in trouble for or cause mold. They don't care.Very cheap on repairs when they finally make a repair. They will fix up a empty unit for a new tentant. Yet they dont want to fix things for older tenants.

I wish I could rate Ness Management a zero. I will never rent from them again. My apartment which I had rented for 2.5 years was bought out in November. When it was bought out they raised my rent 120 per month. I tried to negotiate and they said no. After that I asked if they would be willing to make repairs since they were raising my rent $120 and they again said no. In April I found a new place to rent. When I moved I spent a significant amount of time cleaning. After I moved they took $360 from my security deposit for cleaning. When I decided this was unfair I emailed back and forth stating
