Lived here a long time. have been homeless. Know what it is like to live on the street. In my car. Thankfully didn’t have kids then. Now I do and even with covid I’d not want live anywhere else but Arbor Park. Manager here is top game. Floyd & Kellie are a vast improvement over past managers who run this place. Never been living at a place management cared so highly about the residents they research agencies to help you with rent. Covid we lost our jobs. Management worked with us. Helped us find assistance for rent and groceries. I can’t think of any other apartment place do that for you

I have lived here over 10 years and am totally pleased with the management team and the high quality of living standards maintained here. The apartments are exceptionally maintained and the associates from top to bottom are excellent. Absolutely no issues and responds to any concerns are addressed very quickly.

Went to check out these apartments and was very impressed with the square footage of the layout. I knocked on the door and even with COVID making everyone extra careful the staffing was super, super, nice to put me at ease and to ensure I felt comfort coming in and asking questions, getting an application, and getting feedback on what it took to rent an apartment here. The whole area is super close for my needs with grocery stores and schools very close by and I can tell by the look of the property this place is being cared for. I am going to turn my application in and hopefully even with their

Buildings are in dis repair. Bad Neighborhood. Leasing office manager was poor to take action against loud tenants, pet violations, flea infestations of the building - black mold growing on walls. Nothing was done.
My lease was over and I informed them two months beforehand I would be moving, only to be charged for a month for not living there. On top of that kept my deposit for cleaning that did not need to be done as I had cleaned floors myself, including shampooing carpets that were only 2 years old and had no damages. Pros: Pets allowed, Close to hospital and Haggens and Schools.
Cons: Loud neighbors! Violation of privacy (children going through patios), Slow maintenance, Dog feces everywhere, trash on lawns due to children,People park like crap,Stolen property,Cars being broken into. Just to warn you when management says they will assist you they will 5+ months to help or not do it at all.Rent is raised constantly for unsatisfactory living. If i could put half a star i would.

I have been living at Arbor Park for two years, it is a great location close to everything, parks, shopping, bus line, hospital, ect. The apartments are well kept and affordable. The maintenance team is good and the office staff is helpful. It can sometimes get loud in the summer due to the kids playing outside and some of the apartments are close to the road, but overall I would recommend Arbor Park.
