I'm Kim McLeod Lett, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), speaker and consultant in Orlando, Florida. I am passionate about helping you reach your health goals and improve the quality of your life! Do you believe you are what you eat? I do, and therefore I also believe what you put in your body is important.
If you want to live a healthy, long life, you must make wise lifestyle choices. This includes choosing foods that will provide continuous, sustainable energy with adequate amounts of essential nutrients while limiting foods that may sabotage your efforts to be healthy. There are many, many great tasting foods that are also very good for you.

I want to work with you in a way that will create long-term, lasting results. It's not likely you'll make the progress you desire unless we are engaging on a regular basis. It takes time for you to work on critical behavior skills, and I will be with you every step of the way! My program is individualized and every session is different based on where you are on your journey.
Lifestyle is the first line-of-defense against heart disease, the number one killer of adults in the United States. Lifestyle includes things like the food you eat, whether or not you are physically active or have planned exercise, whether or not you use tobacco products and how you handle the stresses of day-to-day living let alone crisis situations.
Cardiometabolic Syndrome (CMS) is a clustering of several conditions that affect the heart (cardio), and metabolism (metabolic) - the way your body processes the foods you eat. The lifestyle choices you make significantly contribute to CMS.

Are you looking to energize your group with an inspirational or informational seminar or conference session? Perhaps a half- or full-day workshop would better fit the needs of your group or organization. I would be pleased to speak to your organization or at your group's next conference. Do you find it challenging to know what's best to eat for a "healthy" diet?
Statistics on the health of our nation are alarming. Many of us consume too many foods with little or no nutrition, get little or no physical activity or planned exercise, and lead fast-paced, stressful lives that wreck havoc on our health. Risk for chronic diseases can be significantly reduced by the lifestyle choices we make.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim Lett over the last several months. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, exercise, and all aspects of living a healthier lifestyle. Kim helped me set obtainable goals and worked out an accountable plan to help me reach and sustain those goals. With her assistance, I was able to improve my diet and lose the excess weight I was trying to shed. I would strongly recommend Kim Lett to anyone searching for a professional nutritionist who only has your best interests in mind. Thanks again for your help Kim!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Kim over this past year. She is has a wealth of knowledge in both nutrition and fitness. After each session I was always excited to try a new food or new way of focusing on the fitness structure that would get me to the next level. She is a true professional. I could ask the simplest question to the most complicated and confusing and she would pull up a ppt slide for it and share with me the background on why things are and how to implement in my own life. Highly recommend her services.

My wife and I consider ourselves to be fairly knowledgeable about food and nutrition, but learned SO much from her during just one session! Kim is super easy to work with and has so much knowledge. She explained how to refine our eating habits to meet our goals and we are off to a great start in 2021. Thanks Kim!

Working with Kim was awesome, and was exactly what I needed! There are so many diets out there that it gets very confusing to figure out the best one for your health needs. Kim taught me about eating nutritiously and having enough of those foods in my diet. She is very easy to talk to, she's a great listener, and teacher. She gave me a wealth of information that I will use for the rest of my life. I truly enjoyed our weekly meetings too! Thanks again Kim!

I started my nutrition journey with Kim Lett back in February 2020.
I just wanted to start eating healthy and learn how to read food labels.
Well, I learned that and so much more.
I learned how to read food labels and know what they mean, to learning so much about nutrition, it was worth every cent.
I’m down 20 lbs, my blood work has improved drastically, and I’m eating healthier.
I’m exercising (walking/bike riding) all things I now have the energy to do because I’m eating right.
I really enjoyed working with Kim, she was just a delight to work with, she really knows her stuff.

Kim is an excellent Nutritionist and Dietition! She takes a holistic approach and caters to individual needs. My story: I became a mother of three before the age of 21. I’ve struggled with weight loss my whole adult life. When I went into menopause, my weight, and state of my was out of control. Finding a nutritionist was my final attempt at “getting it together”. Kim was able to teach me a different way of looking at food that did NOT include dieting or killing yourself with exercise. It’s about understanding why and what you eat. I’ve lost 45 lbs in 6 months and have never felt better

Kim changed my life. Initially I wanted to work with her to help lose weight, which I did. Yay! After a few sessions, it became more than just weight loss. It became about my health and wellness. She taught me things that I never knew about food and nutrition. And she was my biggest cheerleader. Every week was a victory. I am so proud of myself that I had the courage to reach out and ask for help. I could not have picked a better person to work with. Thank you, Kim.
