GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut, formerly known as Prime Time Shuttle Connecticut, is the leading Shared Ride Transportation company in Connecticut with airport shuttle and limousine reservations available online, open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Our Airport Shuttles and Sedans service most towns along the Interstate 95 corridor between New Haven and Greenwich as well as Danbury and surrounding towns off Interstate 84.

GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut, formerly known as Prime Time Shuttle, provides shared ride airport shuttles, private vans, and an exclusive Connecticut limousine service throughout the Connecticut area, including: LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy International Airports since 1996. We now offer airport limousine service to White Plains Westchester County Airport, Hartford Bradley Airport, and Newark Liberty Airport.
JFK Airport is operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority). GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut is the only Permitee of the Port Authority providing affordable shared ride Door-to-Door shuttle service to Connecticut and some areas of Westchester County. GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut also provides a private limousine service using sedans and SUVs.
Newark Liberty Airport (EWR) is operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority) and is located in New Jersey. GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut provides only a Private Service to Newark Liberty EWR Airport using sedans, SUVs and Vans for up to 10 passengers. GO Connecticut allows one (1) checked baggage (standard size) and one (1) carry-on and one (1) smaller personal item per passenger (size, weight and vehicle limitations apply) on our Shared Service vehicles. See Vehicle Baggage Limitations below for our Private Services. Standard checked baggage: Maximum size is 62 inches (158cm) (length + width + height) per checked piece.

Worst pickup experience ever. I was not able to reach any agent for 45 minutes. I was on hold for 20 minutes afterwards. Then they told me the nearest driver would be here in 45-60 mins. And that i would have to wait after my pick up time for other passengers making up a total of over 2 hour wait.

This company clearly has a monopoly as customer service is worse than appalling. The rude booking person was merely the entree for the aggressive 'driver'. Having been sent to the wrong side of a particular train station for a pickup to JFK, we were then talked to incredibly rudely when hurrying across the tracks to find the car. When there's an implicit threat of 'leaving without you', it's not the ideal way to start a long journey across the country. What happened to even an ounce of courtesy, has it all gone, is that where we are now, or is it just this hideous

Boy oh boy, some of these reviews are very concerning. I read them after I reserved and paid for a shared ride from Connecticut to LGA airport. But, I gotta tell you I had a completely positive experience with Go Airport Shuttle. First, I was the first of four riders going to the airport. The driver was at my door three minutes early. The vehicle was a black Chevrolet Suburban. He loaded my bag into the back. The vehicle was very clean and was devoid of any weird odors. We picked up two more riders and I noticed he called the last rider to provide an updated eta due to traffic along I-95. We arrive

I just recently used your services to get to
JFK and back to Connecticut. Both trips were comfortable, safe and the drivers were great. I will be using them again soon and would recommend them to anyone who needs (or just doesn’t want to fight the traffic themselves) limo service to the airports.

Waited 1 hour 45 min for driver at JFK.
By the time I made it to Stratford, Ct
....I could have flown back to Puerto Rico with time to spare....I have used this service for years..No Mas!!!!

Ride to La Guardia was good, driver on time and called me to confirm. Coming back not so pleasant. Driver accused me of lieing about my child's age because she "looks" older and demanded that I pay the regular fare for her. It's called genes buddy, can't judge appearance based on what you think it should be. This has turned me off and I will seek other means of airport transportation.

Reserved a car for JFK round trip from Milford in June
Both drivers arrived early communicating regularly. Professional, timely and reasonable. Also - followed strict COVID guidelines. Highly recommended ! Why drive yourself when you have GO Airport Shuttle.

Exceptional service to and from JFK. Harold was our driver from our home to JFK, and Charles picked up at JFK and brought us home. Both times, the cars (luxury SUVs) were immaculately clean, nicely ventilated, and the drivers were conscientious about mask-wearing. They were the perfect balance of courteous without over-talkative and let us have our own conversation when needed. Both ways, the drivers arrived early, were very communicative via text (as was GO Shuttle HQ), and got us where we needed to be very promptly. Navigating through Connecticut and around JFK, both at peak hours, is not easy

Why don't I learn to read reviews prior?? The 1-star average is not a fluke when you have over 100!
Picked up from JFK and asked to stop for a bottle of water for the almost 2 hr drive if there was a place on the way. (I knew there were lots of places) The driver said he didn't think there was!
I was solo and paid $250 for a "Luxury SUV". The Suburban reminded me of the one my family had in the '80's. Old, rundown and cheap.
Not worth the cost!! Used another company on return and had a much better experience. Nice ride and he stopped 2x. He got a nice extra

The absolute worst decision I made. So you call make reservation they ask what time you land etc and pay over phone. I ask how do I know when my rides there? They say just go to their kiosk tell the attendant you're there and they will have the car pull around. Lol so here we go. Stood there with about 10 other people waiting for an attendant 15 min go by no worker at kiosk. I call the number customer service lady says they will be there in 10 min. 10 min go by I call back. I had to be to a meeting that's why I made reservations. She preceeded to tell me making a reservation does not

Although GO confirmed my pickup the day before the flight (providing a false sense of security) no one ever came to pick me up. I was stranded at 8:45 PM & all the representative on the phone said was I'm sorry you can contact GO for a refund; HORRIBLE! My reservation said a shuttle mini-van would pick me up but the Airport security informed me no shuttles are allowed at the airport any longer only private rides (I guess due to COVID19) - So GO is advertising and being paid for shuttle service that they fully know they cannot provide. ZERO for this company - What a terrible way to end

Would have rated 0. Never showed up and missed my flight. Sure they will be out of business shortly. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to cancel the reservation and was told I had to pay a cancellation fee. Finally got it all worked out.

It’s fine if you don’t have anywhere to be on a schedule but DO NOT BOOK this if you need to be somewhere at a specific time. I’ve used it dozens of times and even when I make an advance reservation the wait is 45 min to an hour. Also they won’t leave until the shuttle is full so be prepared to wait at the airport for up to an hour in the shuttle.

We traveled to John Wayne Airport(SNA) on vacation. We had looked a day or two in advance about getting a shuttle or limo or taxi to the Disney hotel and they were all booked up or very expensive. For 6 passengers, we were looking at close to $200 for a private shuttle or limo service. Even the shred shuttle vans were close to $100 and they make a million stops. So we looked around and found this service, Go Airport Shuttles. We secured a "private van" for 7 passengers seating. We had 6 of us and 5 suitcases. DO NOT USE GO AIRPORT SHUTTLE!! Flew into Ontario Intl. Airport in California on Saturday, 1/18/2020 at about 9:30pm. I had paid for a pick up for 9:45pm and after waiting 20+ minutes, I finally called and asked if I was in the wrong waiting area. They told me "no drivers had been dispatched and there are no rescue drivers available. You will have to figure out other means of transportation." They stranded me at 10pm with absolutely no valid reason.

I couldn't believe it. No call, no email, no nothing. They just didn't show up.

I had a reservation for drop off at LAX. Their confirmation link had the incorrect pickup location. When I asked customer service to confirm the correct location, 7 minutes before the shuttle was due to arrive, they told me that the driver is not answering and they don't have a backup driver available. They told me to find other means of transportation to LAX. The total cost there and back would have been a little over $100, but now, due to not being able to use their service, I had to park last-minute at LAX and will have to pay hundreds of dollars in parking costs. I just had to politely cancel a pickup due to the fact that although advertised they don't pickup 24/7. They wouldn't pick me up from the airport at 11:45 pm although I scheduled weeks in advance. I won't be using them again.

I must admit I’m a little shocked at all the negative reviews here, and the overall rating of 2 stars. I’ve used this shared van service from Bridgeport to JFK and back again at least 5 times over the last 18 months, and I have nothing but praise for their service. I have always been picked up on time (almost to the minute) and the friendly, courteous drivers - although they do like to speed a little... - have always got me to the airport (and return) safe and sound, and with plenty of time to spare. I will continue to use this very convenient service until something negative happens... but

Had a pick up from JFK to North Haven, CT. Driver picked me up within 15 minutes of my call at the welcome desk. The ride was smooth and the shuttle was spacious. The driver was very personable and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend this service.

If I could give them negative five stars I would. They will lie to you about when they will pick you up. They will lie to you about when they will drop you off. It is hard for me to think of a worse company I have had to deal with in my entire life.

The worst ride home from JFK ever, it took almost 4 hours and there wasn't any traffic for an hour and fifteen minute drive. My 9pm pickup time THEY gave me got me to Milford CT just before 1am. Waste of time, never again!

I reserved online, and while trying to figure out where they would pick me up at JFK, they called me--to tell me they didn't know what flight I was arriving on, and that this was my fault.

Then I had to call them from the airport courtesy phone, "to prove I was really at the airport," at which point they told me my driver would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes.

35 minutes later my driver arrived, knowing only my first name, not my last.

There were three of us for the same destination. Good, I thought: we're off and running.

No such luck.

One of the worst transportation services around. Too long to describe my awful experience but it involved a stuck van, the paying customers helping the poor driver getting out of the situation (corporate base did not know how to help driver properly in an emergency) and getting home 5-plus hours later. The whole way this business is set up is piss poor.
Trust me. Book at your own risk.

If there is a zero star..

The worst shuttle service ever. If you choose them, be prepared to wait for an hour at the airport. I travel a lot (most JFK) and no matter how soon I call them (one minute after I land or use the courtesy phone). It's ALWAYS late. Do not believe what custom tells you because your shuttle will not pick you within 30 minutes. Never happened to me.

As a former highly satisfied customer of both Go Airport Shuttle CT's private car and shared shuttle services, my recent attempts to book a private car have been nothing but headaches and frustration topped off with attitudes from miserable customer service representatives. If one is so unhappy with their job, they should find something else to do for meager pay.

For those that haven't tried Uber, give it a shot. Their "black car" service is every bit as good and more professional in the fact that you always know where your ride is and there's no need to deal with unpleasant

My flight took three hours and the shuttle took four.

Do NOT take this service if there are other options. The reservation center said my estimated arrival time from Laguardia to New Haven was 11pm - we were still circling the airport at 11pm. Didn't get home until after 1am. Truly terrible experience.

It's taken me a few times to get this down. Hopefully next time will be smoother.

There are things they can improve on such as having the address and direction in their phones when they pickup at the airport and giving clearer instructions on the confirmation email.
