BAIT AND SWITCH. Avoid prepaying with this shady company. They try and weasel money out of prepay fares. Pick any other company!! There’s tons of other options.

I booked a ride to O'hare for a 4:20 am pick up. Recevied email confirmations and boarding pass. At 4:20 they emailed me to say they could not find a driver. I was outside with my suitcase waiting for car. All those confirmations but they never had their driver lined up. It would have been ok but to tell me at pick up time was ridiculous, especially for an airport pick up.

Luckily, I was able to get an UBER at that early hour and it was cheaper.

Still waiting on my refund.

Traveling with 87 year old mother. Picked up bags from baggage claim and called company to pick us up; before I could get through, an old Russian dude named "Dragan" approached us with sign bearing our names, yelling at us, "Where have you been for the last 20 minutes?! I left you a message!" Yes, he left a message on my mother's home phone--brilliant! This idiot was furious that he had to park and wait. The company rules require customers get bags first then call. He said the dispatcher told him it was a "meet and greet" at baggage claim. We never ordered that. Even if we did--who would want to

Booked with this company because my hotel suggested them and I wanted to make sure I had a reliable way to get to the airport. The driver arrived late because he was at the wrong hotel, he claimed he couldn’t find my reservations, and almost took me to the wrong airport until I corrected him twice. The “taxi cab” was disgusting and my driver never once wore a mask even though the website boasts that they are all about health and safety. The driver was extremely confused when I said I prepaid for my reservation online and ended up yelling at me as I left the vehicle because he thought he wasn’t

One of the worst experiences with a transportation company. Nah, THE worst. I coordinated for two associates to be picked up from the airport and even with the wait time, GO Airport Express was late and contacted the wrong number. When we decided to book their return pickup to be brought to the airport, even after adjusting and confirming a new booking, they were 40 minutes late and did not have on record our changed time. They contacted the wrong number again and gave no sincere apology or attempted to fix the issue, only let us know that there was an error.

Don't use this service. You have to call to tell them you are ready - took them 10 minutes to answer. The Transit Authority guy was surly but finally called for Flash cab... Then Flash Cab driver refused to take us as prepaid! had to start over with calling (10 minute wait); was told to get a Flash Cab and to call back... took over an hour! Turns out the ride would have cost us $40 instead of $73! RIP OFF. Could have taken any cab and arrived an hour earlier!

Would give zero stars if I could. Had to cancel a reservation due to Covid-related issues. They were very nice initially and said to expect the refund to my credit card in 5-7 business days Here I am 7 weeks after cancellation waiting for their "accounting" department to process my $117 refund. I call every week to check the status of the refund and am told the same thing every time..."accounting is working on it and it'll be another week or so". After a month I started asking to speak with a manager and they are always conveniently "in a meeting" so I leave

I booked a round trip from Chicago O'Hare to a hotel downtown and back for my wife and son. When they arrived in Chicago, the taxi service refused to take them. I thought we were saving money and getting a reliable and easy way for them to get to the hotel. Instead, they had to find another taxi service that cost twice as much. I should have gone with Super Shuttle. I know I can trust them. I'll never use Go Express again.

Once again, I tried to make a reservation to go to the airport. In the past it was "too early". So I made a later plane reservation. Today? It's "too early" or coming back it's "too late" and suddenly they will only book rides to and from downtown Chicago between 8 AM and 6 PM. Seriously? That's insane. No explanation; no rhyme, no reason. Just as some days they accept Groupon coupons and some days they lie and say they don't.
The drivers are generally nice people. The office staff? Mean, nasty and in a hurry.
I will call Uber or Lyft.

I am a conference planner. Four or five months ago I contacted this company to arrange attendee shuttle transport for a conference in the Chicago suburbs. The first guy I worked with told me he'd set it up for me, and then I never heard from him again (despite leaving phone messages and sending emails).

Finally, one of my calls was answered by another new employee. She got off to a good start, but the same thing happened... she dropped the ball and never did what she said she would do.

I kept trying to reach someone who could help me, and finally I was handed over to yet another new employee

I had booked a shuttle in advance. I called when I was outside of arrivals. No one showed up. I called the office, and they claimed the driver has been there and could not locate me. They claimed they sent the driver a second time. Again, no one showed up. This was now going on two hours. I called the office again and they said the driver had once again showed up and could not find me. This whole time I had been outside. I know there was no driver. No one had arrived. But I was desperate and they once again said they would send a driver. This time, there was another passenger also using their service

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Stay away! Go Airport Express advertised a discount for a show we were attending in Chicago. When we approached the counter, we got different stories about what the discount was vs their UNPUBLISHED regular rates. Nevertheless, it was rush hour and snowing for the first time this season so we didn't want to chance it and booked a return trip for 2 people.

This was the WORST most dangerous experience I've had. Don't book with them. The online agency let me book for an 11:30 pm pickup in Chicago. As a single woman traveling alone I paid a premium for a dedicated sedan and driver and added a tip. It was $100. They rewarded me by abandoning me at the airport. My employee spent 45 minutes on their phone with dispatch before we realized the driver simply no longer wanted to work that night. I then had to fight tooth and nail for a refund after they told me that they don't do pickup at the airport after 10pm. !! This from the f**

I booked a pickup to Midway Airport. They insisted I needed to be picked up at 5 a.m. for my 8:25 flight. Despite an e-mail confirmation the day before and confirming when I called that night to ask why the pickup was so early, they did not show up. After my second call, they told me no car was or would be dispatched. This was a major problem as there are few options at that time of morning so far from the airport.

They also pre-charged me the full price, even after offering me a first time discount for booking online with them. We'll see how long it takes them to refund me.

Usually I take a cab or Uber, but decided to try Go Airport Express. They said that the drivers left every 10 minutes. That wasn't exactly true. After waiting until we had enough people in the van, we drove off.

A ride that usually takes 35 minutes took almost 90. The shuttle had to make multiple stops, including one to make a delivery. Really. Not kidding.

The shuttle was $35. An Uber X was about the same price and would have gotten me there much faster.

GEORGE.IS.AWESOME!

We too were lucky enough to get George as our driver to Midway this morning. He was early, loaded our stuff and we were on our way! He made the trip to Midway truly an experience. We have taken tours on hop on/hop off busses, Grey Line tours, and in the amount of time from E. Wacker to Midway, George had them all beat. We learned about the first hotel to have air conditioning. We learned about Oscar Meyer and his brother. Walt DIsney, Soldier Field. Amazing! Great ride, great service, great driver! Thanks, GO! Thanks, George!

We got George in 2018 to take us to MDW. The ride was very pleasant, almost like a guided tour! He was very knowledgeable about Chicago and told stories and random facts about the city. Definitely a memorable experience!


Took another trip to Chicago this past week, and booked with GO Airport Express again. This morning, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it was George who will be taking us back to MDW. As soon as I saw him, I knew exactly who he was! Had another wonderful ride back with new facts and stories!

Why oh why is there no ZERO stars? Also why didn't I read these reviews first? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - they are unethical.
I booked a car for a snowy day in advance so I'd get there in plenty of time. It was paid for at time of booking. The driver never showed up or bothered to call. I had to take a LYFT (which came in 7 minutes and was a great driver) but then, guess what? now GO AIRPORT EXPRESS says that the driver lied and said that he had "completed" the ride and they kept my 57.50! I've called 3 times and they are doing nothing to refund my money. i've attached

I have never seen a more terrible company in my life! This worker (the lady sitting behind the counter) will NOT even look up and respond to anyone. She believes she is too good to help patrons in the airport. I can not believe someone that treats people so poorly is collecting pay for her services? What services? Terrible...

Should of checked the YELP reviews before scheduling a ride with this company but the experience from the airport was not horrendous.

The horrendous experience comes from my pre-arrangement for a pick up of four people, six bags and a wheelchair from the Hilton Chicago to O'Hare Airport.

I had arranged for a van to pick us up at 11:00 AM to give us an adequate amount of time to maneuver the airport as I was traveling with an individual with multiple disabilities and TSA etc is always a challenge and stressful.

If Moses went up the mountain It was definitely not with a "go" van

The only difference between a "go" Van and a "go" shake is that you can conserve your time with a "go" shake and actually get what you want.

I live downtown and have used the "go" van a few times.

How can you get where you are going if they dont know where you need to go but they tell you they know but really they dont.

I know its ride sharing bla bla bla.

Every time I use this it ends up being that I get downtown within 2 hours. I am better off at taking the blue line or
