The most important thing any emergency service provider can offer is availability and you're getting that from our veterinarian in Westminster. Six out of the seven days of the week, you will find our medical personnel on standby, ready to provide the assistance your pet needs. Upon arriving at the hospital, you can expect to receive assistance from at least one veterinarian and several other technicians.
They can take over things from there and you can be sure that we will do everything we can to save your pet. Prior to driving to the hospital, you can also call ahead to receive some immediate help. While we won't be able to offer care over the phone, we can still help by telling you what you can do to keep your pet in the best possible condition as you make your way to our establishment.

After having a horrible experience with the staff and writing my review several months ago I was promised my two dogs medical records would be emailed to me the following day, and I am still waiting. I just happened to run across this business while on yelp and it reminded me that I never was sent my records for my pups! But it did give me a chance to see how many other people who have had such bad experiences with the staff and the dr M. from all the many complaints I have read!!! I regret I never checked yelp out before I brought my pups to this clinic and trusted this dr and her staff. I feel

I have been going to Amigo Animal Hospital in Westminster for several years. I bring my cats in once a year for an annual exam. Dr. McInroy and the rest of the staff are very professional. They are kind and caring. They answer all my questions and take care of any needs that my pets have. I would highly recommend coming to this veterinarian. I feel that their prices are reasonable for exams, annual vaccinations and any other tests that are needed for your pet.

I am forever grateful for the staff at Amigo. I came to them in a moment where my senior dog Kiti was not doing well, and staff helped me find out what was wrong. They were very thorough and honest when it came to giving me results. Unfortunately my sweet girl didn't make it, but staff made everything easier. I have faith that if anyone brings their pet here they will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed! I've been bringing my dogs and cat to them for a few years now, but this last trip was horrible. Receptionist=RUDE the continuing overly covid rules=extreme. All in all bad non-personal experience. Will definitely be taking my pets/my family to a vet that can show a personal interest in them.

When our beloved senior dog, Zephyr took a turn for the worst, Amigo hospital took us in and treated us like family. They were able to accommodate us on the same day we called. Kat explained every step of the euthanasia process in a calm and caring manner. Dr.McInroy was empathetic and kind. We did not feel rushed through the process. We want to thank Amigo Animal Hospital for making a traumatic event in our lives as relaxed and smooth as it could possibly have been.

If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. This place is awful. The people are rude and disrespectful most especially the receptionist(Crystal) If you are availing the Groupon, they will treat you like crap so beware. The doctor doesn't even care after providing negative feedback pertaining to the receptionist. She caters to their wrong ways and allows for people to be mistreated. They profile you. If you file a complaint they lie about availabilities and tell you they're all booked but when I have someone else call their facility, they give multiple appointments available.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
The entire staff seems to love animals. They are thorough and do not recommend unnecessary treatment. They were so sympathetic when my cat had to be put down due to cancer. And they have given good puppy care to my new dog. Recommend Amigo whole heartedly.

It is always a great pleasure being here, not only with Dr. mclnroy but the whole team. My standard poodle had surgery recently and the whole process was so smooth and reassuring. Both Dr. mclnroy and her team answer all my questions in great detail and acknowledge my concerns without judging me. I simply enjoy their professional demeanor and also how passionate they are about animal care. They are extremely accommodating and I feel all my 5 pets and I are taken care of and they tailor their care according to you and your pets needs. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I go as far as driving

The vet made time to see my doggie as soon as possible for an urgent incarcerated hernia surgery. But, it all went downhill from there.
After it was done, I was told that the surgery was a severity of three on a scale from one to four. That it took an unexpected 2+ hours to complete, and that her condition was "touch and go." Despite all of these facts, it was considered appropriate to leave her all night unattended. She died.
Looking back at the situation, I realize that it was my mistake for quietly accepting that it was okay to leave her alone, for thinking that the doctor knew

I started coming here about 6 months ago, and have been here only three times. My last vet I was going to for over 8 years with my dog and they never remembered my dog or her name and she was scared of the employees. I walked in today after not having been for months and the receptionists remembered my dog and her name. They really care about their pets they see and it shows. My dog willingly says hi to them and goes to the back with them. I feel safe and I trust them with my dog. I'm extremely protective of my dog and I wouldn't trust anyone else except for this vet to care for her.
