I had a wonderful experience with Ernie and his staff. All very professional and patient. I had some issues with a TBI so their patience in explaining things was extra appreciated. Also noteworthy, was their intentions to get a fair settlement. I never felt pressured, nor gave any pressure, to try to get the most money. Instead we got to a place where things felt fair and settled. The insurance companies on the other hand seemed to fight to pay the least amount possible and aren't interested in what's fair. So glad Ernie and his team were on my side. Thanks again!
