For 1,350 a month this place is ridiculous. All old appliances. Old apartment buildings. Smells coming from inside the apartment either from people smoking or trash. A place that literally is barley even big enough for one person. Cheap paint on walls, no lighting in the bedroom, holes just painted over, cheap carpet plus carpet stains. Rude and ignorant staff. Cheap pluming. First week of moving in my shower rod broke. Asked them to put new carpet in they never took care of it. If you don’t use the pool or clubhouse I don’t see why tenants have to pay such a high overpriced rent for something

Overpriced, They overcharge....say you don't pay when you do. Make excuses for everything...the paint is so thick w every color they've painted the walls you can barely hang a picture up. They had things living in the walls, danced around the question when asked what it was. Pool was nasty, with clumps of hair and snot in it. The laundry room floor was so damaged due to water sitting underneath it stunk. The maintenance people (only a few knew what they were doing) other than that didn't know how to fix anything. My ceiling leaked a ton...and I'm wicked allergic to mold...so I knew there was mold

Wow. I dont even know where to start with this place. This is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. Let me first start with the leasing office, those women are no help what so ever. They are so rude and make excuses for absolutely everything. When you call to have something fixed its all a mickey mouse fix because mantience has no idea what they are doing. When my family and I moved in last year we had several things that needed to be fixed and no one ever came to fix them. We would call and call and nothing. It was very frustrating due to the amount of money we are paying

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! This company does not care about you, they only care about getting MONEY. I am in the process of moving out after only living here for one year. Your rent will increase every year, and for the next lease they want us to pay for rental insurance. FOR A ONE BEDROOM, we have to pay just for the rent, over 1400, electric, and now insurance. It's honestly hilarious; their clubhouse may be nice, but the apartment buildings are not worth it. We have to pay for laundry, and most of the times our clothes are still wet after the high heat setting in the dryer. For some reason

To have an income requirement of close to 60,000 a year per Individual Is an embarrassing endevour. I was told by a resident it was of well hygiene and maintenance. Upon viewing with a master carpenter the units are.well over priced by close to 1500to 2000 with bare minimal saye mandated maintenance upheld

My friend lives here. Last year (summer)he had to throw away half his clothes because of mold. They blamed it on his past apartment even though he didnt have that issue there. For such a nice place, they have a lot of saftey issues in there apartments. Electricity goes out with the slightest bit of wind. The water can be shut off for hours before you are notified. Ventilation in bathrooms in almost non exisent. Problem after problem for the amount of money they want is insane. I feel for anyone stuck there right now.

I would not recommend living here. You can find somewhere much better for the same cost. We had issues right off the bat (buzzer was broken, and drawers in fridge missing). While these aren't big issues, they shouldn't have even been things to begin with. They do a horrible job with the painting and could care less. There was paint on the hardwood floors and the doors. When we moved out we scrubbed the entire apartment and couldn't even get everywhere because of the paint. They haven't worked on the exterior of the buildings since 1970 and they would be much more appealing if they worked on them

There is a reason they'll only show you a model apartment before you move in, it's because the one you move into will have a decades worth of barely covered damages on every surface. 1000 layers of paint over everything, paint drips everywhere.
We even had some unrepaired holes inside closet walls and doors.
Super old inefficient AC and the loudest dishwasher in the world.
Only put up with for 4 years out of sheer laziness.
Lots of (sometimes bad) neighbors moving in and out every 6 months.
my last 2 neighbors were young people who didn't realize that this isn't student housing
We even had some unrepaired holes inside closet walls and doors.
Super old inefficient AC and the loudest dishwasher in the world.
Only put up with for 4 years out of sheer laziness.

My boyfriend and I have been residents here for one and a half years now. Since here rent has been raised and multiple maintenance issues have occurred. From the pot holes that were in the road causing a flat tire on my vehicle or the broken toilet, dishwasher that doesn't work correctly or leaking kitchen sink, this place has been nothing but horrible...But the icing on the cake was the disrespect I received from the office staff this morning. Trish and Chrissy (spell check on her name but supposedly she was the manager) treated me with such unprofessionalism and made me feel so belittled

Last review I gave the rental office credit. I now take that credit back As a have had changes in employees.... Last post I wrote about how awful one of the neighbors were. It only got worse--in addition to the things I wrote previous, the adolescent boy who lives upstairs broke in to my mailbox leaving a bag of dog feces, spit on my door, flattened 4 of my tires (including my neighbors) smeared feces on my neighbors wheelchair, grabbed and shook his crotch at a 3 little girls age 3 to 8. And most recently $2300 worth of damage to my brand

Overpriced and everyone who works here is an inconsiderate a**hole. My apartment is in the more expensive (supposedly nicer) building called Brookside Village. I am in one of the apartments that is technically the first floor, but half the apartments underground. Since day one i've had the largest and grossest bugs (I've attached pictures, the bugs are different every time) i've ever seen in my life and the front office basically laughs in your face when you tell them your uncomfortable waking up to ants and spiders in your bed/ on you. But don't worry...they have a de-bug team

I'm not entirely sure how anyone can give this place a good review. I'd give it zero stars if possible. This place is an absolute DUMP. If you're leaving a good review then you are either a shill, or you've suffered some kind of brain damage.
We signed a 12 month lease, and only lasted three months. Yup that's right, things got so bad that they allowed us to break our lease penalty-free. If I had to list pros and cons, that would be my only pro. As far as cons, I don't even know where to start.

I've lived here for about a year now. I really love their constant communication with the tenants as well as the great deal of attention they give to the grounds.
We have had to contact maintenance once and were happy to find they responded right away and sent over someone who could better assist us immediately. The pool and workout area are well kept and easily accessible.
They do often increase the rent cost the following year, and more so if you are interested in a longer lease. Which is understandable but good to know beforehand.

I have lived at this community for about an year. Now I have moved to Texas.
However I would like to share my experience of the apartments.
These are fabulous and lovely apartments at such an incredible price. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they ensure that residents are taken care of really well.
If I get a chance to move back to RI, I would love to stay at these apartments again.
