One star is too much, after move out they asked a big trash removing fee, total $815, only small trash, never send me any bill for the information, I refused to pay, because I need to know what this is for in detail, then they sold this loan to debt collector, debt collector called me one time, never send me any bill again, I might took it as a scam, they reported me to 3 credit bureau , now my credit is badly damaged without any fault .

The one star is for the location and proximity to the mall. The apartments is fully infested with mice. They tell you not to use kitchen cabinets for food or grocery storage and all sort of stuff to blame it on you. The apartments are full of holes and the mice always make new holes if the old ones are closed. Never seen this issue with any other apartments I stayed in. Please make a wise decision before moving in. You don’t want to spend on moving costs, the rent and lease breakage fee and then moving cost again after you fall prey and start living here. This apartment looks beautiful from outside but its too old inside each and every apartment . there was a big problem of Mice in most of the apartments where the pest control guys keeps coming and fixing up some holes here and there but still we see lot of mice every night and until they fix this mice issue its going to be night mare for all those living in this apartment with huge rent

Absolutely love it here. The apartments are nice, neighbors quiet and friendly, and management really listens the you. The are constantly updating the apartments and landscape. I love how it's walking distance to everything you need. Even if I don't need so much target in my life, I take advantage of it lol

This place is awful I can't wait till my lease is up ... They always have new rules takes them forever to update anything they have been redoing the hallways for months the carpets never get cleaned and the hallways are always a mess. The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate over priced for what you get

My daughter lives here and I have had the privilege of visiting often. Staff has always been nice, even before she moved in and I was calling them asking tons of questions. In February when there was a snow storm they had plows working all day to keep parking lot cleared. Spring is here right now and it is gorgeous. I use the gym often. Great facility. Pool is closed, but it is only April and we are in the Northeast.

I love living at the Villa. We have a great community of people. I have made many friends and the Villa staff is amazing they are friendly and always help with any issues that may arise. Maintenance is done very quickly and the maintenance staff are always friendly and very helpful. The grounds are kept clean and in the winter they do their best to get the snow removed early.
